I applied and paid for a replacement phone. I paid $25 with my debit card and they never sent phone. I called customer service and  they said they never recieved . I said that is not true thats a lie and i sent them a  pdf doctument of my online bank statement fom the bank and they said that is not suffient evidence snd tried to make it seemed as if i reversed the charges. I spoke to a manager Emily z she was very rude and had attitude she hung up in my  face and they still have yet to send my phone or refund. after i relized i would never get the phone i tried to reverse the charges but my bank said it was too late and they could not do it and it was the merchants responsibilty to refund and give me the merchandise. I  am a single mother and i cannot afford a $50 a month phone bill. my daughter broke my phone so i had no choice but to order the replacement and i am very sad n hurt and embarressed that they can just take money from me like that. Something needs to be done they cannot get away with this!
