Quality Auto Parts Sent wrong part... want me to pay to send back Chicago Illinois

Our company ordered a rearview mirror for an 02 Jaguar X-Type. Quality Auto Parts sent me one for an S-Type. It seemed a simple error, but when I contacted them about it, their customer service told me that credit could not be issued until the part was received by them and that I would have to pay shipping to return it. They then dropped a line suggesting that credit could be denied and would not even guarantee a refund for the cost of shipping it back to them. Their supervisers are convienently unavailable at another location (Then what are they supervising?) An email sent earlier this week has not been answered.
