Quality Auto Parts Ken, Jason, Sharron, eddie, amy, jay and many who's name I couldn't understand. Taillight monza, Quality Auto Parts sent wrong ones I paid to ship them back they won't refund, said see the warranty Chicago Illinois

I ordered a left and right rear taillight for a chevy monza. Said they were the right ones and once I recieved them they were the wrong one's. I got one  and then about two weeks later they sent the other one. I told them the first one was the wrong light and they stated to send it back which at did at almost 20.00. I told them in a email that if they were going to send the same one don't send it because it was the wrong type. Two weeks later I recieved the wrong one again after stating not to send it. Cost me another 20.00 to send it back. So as of now I have one taillight and needed two. Lot of good that's going to do to me.

They Ken stated that he had the right ones and sent one and now they say he won't be back until a week or so. They have stated he's in the hospital, on vacation so I don't know what to believe the past two weeks. Then I kept calling them asking where the other light was at and they stated they would send it tomorrow about 4 times. There favorite line well ship it out tomorrow with a tracking number. Finally they stated they couldn't find the other one. The people you talk to don't let you get a word in edge wise so you can't tell them the whole story after talking to  about 6 or 7 different people.

Some don't speak very good english so I didn't understand half of what they told me. But they did make sure in a email that I wasn't going to get my 40.00 back for shipping the wrong ones back. They stated to read the warranty. If they send the wrong part to you guess what you have to pay the shipping back, good way to make money. They are very rude and only care about money and not customer service. So if you want to be abused go through them to get part. I will never use them again. Also depending on what number you call you could get someone in TX or wherever. Enjoy trying to understand most of them.
