hello

I made 'prepaid' reservations for Lexington Mass

at Quality Inn & Suites ....

Cannot make trip to Massachusetts from Alabama in Late Oct/Nov 2013.

called hotel and they won't do anything

Asked the too free nuimber 800-300-8800 for maybe credit of almost 400.00 for trip in april 2014

and NOTHING!!!
