On Friday, October 27, 2017, I rented a room at the Quality Inn & Suites. At 2 am my wife and I woke up to go to the bath room and there were two mice running around the floor . My was afraid to get out of the bed. The hotel puts your bill under your door (express check-out) so you don't have to go to the front desk. The morning breakfast is also cold and unfit to eat but this complaint was made to the General Manger, John Hardin who e-mail me that $11.60 was credited back to my credit card and to this date I have not received the $11.60. I feel like I should get back my $97.45 for October 27, 2017 plus the $11.60 promise to me by Mr Hardin earlier. I have the e-mail to that affect if needed. No one should be exposed to mice infestation, charged $97.45 and served cold food for breakfast.
