QUALITY PLUS CLEANERS IRRESPONSIBLE DRY CLEANING COMPANY RIPOFF TAMPA Florida

Quality Plus Cleaners is a irresponsible business. They announce same day service, in by 10 am out by 5 pm.

I took some of my business clothes to their location in West Park Village at 7 am and they guaranteed the clothes would be ready by 5 pm.

I was suposed to fly out the next day at 7 am. When I arrived to their location to pick up my clothes they tell me that they don't have them ready and that they won't have them until the next day after 1 pm and that they called me a left me a message letting me know. I revise my voice mail and phone and there were no phone calls from them.

I ask the attendant to call me and she tells me that she can't because my phone number is long distance, confirming that they were lying, they never even tried to call to let me know about the situation.

I ask to talk to the manager and the attendant tells me that she has already called her three times and that the person is at home and told her not to call again. To my understanding, managers are on call 24/7, they should be available whenever needed.

Finally the lady calls the manager, named Jeanie, she refused to give me her last name. I tell the manager that all I want is my clothes back that it doesn't matter that they are not ready but I have to catch a plane the next day at 7 am. She tells me that there is nothing she can do. I keep demanding that someone gets my clothes and she refuses to do anything else.

Long story, short... she totally refused to do any further effort and told me that would try to overnight my clothes on Saturday so I can receive them by Monday.

I will never take my clothes to that dry cleaning place again.
