Quality Plus CLEANERS is a ripoff company that ruined expensive dress! Tampa, Florida

I put my pratically new dress in Quality+plus CLEANERS almost a month ago for a small coffee stain. When I went to pick it up the stain was still there plus more! My dress is beige and black, and the black part had faded onto the beige. So, the sales clerk told me the only kind of cleaning that would remove it would be wet cleaning, which you have to sign a release for.

So, I gave them another chance to clean my dress, which would take another week. A week passed and I went to pick up my dress, which I was planning to wear to a wedding, I look at the dress and it still looks exactly the same. So, then the clerk tells me she doesn't know what happened and she tells me to contact quality control.

After about three atempts I get in contact with Lori Briggs who is in charge of quality control and she says she needs to see the dress to know whats going on and she'll return my call. This process takes about another week and she doesn't return my call, so I call her and she tells me she's going to clean herself and call me back the next day. So, the next day I wait for her to call amd she doesn't, so I call her back and she tells me sh couldn't clean it, but the owner Hass Agemy wants to clean it and she assures me he can clean anything and that they'll contact me the next day.

The next day I don't receive a call from them so I called and ask to speak to the owner and he tells me he'sgoing to try and clean it and if he can't it will be replaced and he'll call me the next day. So, the next day he calls and tells me thet're going to replace it. But, later he calls back saying they have conflicting stories about what happened and he has to further investigate, Which is total BS ... I'm still waiting for you to call me back Hass!!!
