Quality Used Engines False Advertising of Services and Warranty Very Deceptive Company Leawood Kansas

I purchased a 5.9 engine from Quality for $1050.00. I was told the engine has a 3 year 36000 mile parts and labor warranty. Quality sent the motor straight to the Mechanic repair shop. B&M Services is the repair shop that has been in business for over 30 years. Quality had communicated with B&M Services on a few occassions and not once did they ask them if they were SAE certified. B&M was SAE certified in the past. The motor that Quality sent was installed in my truck and after putting a little over 500 miles on it the motor started using a quart of oil every 100 miles. I had the oil changed around 800 miles and after hitting over 1000 mile mark, the motor was consuming a quart of oil every 100 miles. I took the truck back to B&M Services and they determined that either the rings or the valves were bad in the motor. I called Quality Used Engines and filed a warranty claim. Dale Jones with Quality Used Engines was very rude and said I had to have the mechanic to send in pictures of the odometer. Pictures of the freeze plugs. A itemized statement of charges filed. Oil change verification. B&M Services emailed all the information over to Quality Used Engines. Quality Used Engines determined that the motor was bad and they sent out a replacement motor in place of the bad motor. B&M Services and I both was told that Quality Used Engines would pay for the labor for installing the motor. Once B&M Services installed the motor Quality Used Engines refused to pay the install fees. Quality Used Engines is trying to claim that B&M Services did not provide the proper paperwork and that they are not SAE Certified. During this whole purchase process, Quality did not say anything about being SAE Certified until time came to pay for labor charges. Dale Jones told me if I was not happy to get an Attorney and Sue them he did not care. He has been one of the most rudest people I have dealt with involving a company. Further research on the internet shows that a lot of people has had probelms with this guy. Quality Used Engines needs ton pay B&M Services for installing the motor pursuant to their advertising and responsibilities.
