Quality Used Engines Sold me wrong engine/did not pay engine replacement costs Leawood Kansas

Quality Used Engines sold me an engine for my Mini Cooper but sent me the incorrect engine and it only went about 90 miles.  They admitted they sent me incorrect engine and said they would send me another engine at no cost.  They said that they would stand behind the engine replacement labor costs.   The cost of replacement was $A1,573.00 and they credited me with $610.00 and said that's all they do on warranty work.  I explained that this was not warranty work, it was a screw-up on their psrt and they should stand behind the entire amount.  That's when a mon named Scott hung up on me.  The new engine has gone about 2,000 miles and the check engine light went on today and I will have it evaluated tomorrow afternoon.

They were very unprofessional and did not give a hoot about how long they put me without a vehicle or what my additional costs were to fix their error.  If you know of an attorney that would take this case, please let me know.  I don't care if I recoup any money from dealing with these robbers, but just want to avoid them getting to another party.  Not everyone has an extra $1,000.00 to throw away on a company that has no moral compass.
