I Am NOT An Employee

I was made aware of Quest's status when someone filed a report on them earlier in the month; I checked the DOT status, and found they lost their authority to move household goods. All I did was pass along to you what I had researched.
I really don't know where to start except to contact the Department of Transportation and see if they've been in contact with the owner of the company; they may have some leads regarding where the items are being stored. However, I suspect if Quest has a warehouse at their location, the goods might be there.
You may need to call the local police there and have them demand that Quest open the warehouse to see if your stuff is there. The hard part is....Quest went down in the middle of a mover's busy season and a lot of people were probably being moved at the time they shut down. It likely means the warehouse is full of belongings of many people...
I'm sorry this happened. Best of luck to you....

Quest is Not Operating

According to the Department of Transportation, the company had its authority to move Household Goods revoked sometime after they picked up your goods. So it's not completely surprising they haven't returned your phone calls. Or e-mails. Or any other form of communication. So now you need to find where Quest is storing your stuff, and likely need to find a truck to go there and get it - possibly from a warehouse. I'm sure there are quite a few people in the same boat as you. It's time to stop waiting for a return call, and time to find out where your stuff is. Best of luck to you....
