I searched online for the best home loans and refinancing institutions. Quicken Loans was the first one popped up. I checked it out and they promised that we could close the loan in no later than 3 weeks. I agreed and sent the loan package in and they received 12/24/02. It is now 5/7/03 and still not closed.
I asked for my $500 back that I paid and not only are they not going through the loan , they are only sending part of my money back. They have wasted all this time and no loan. I have above a 700 beacon score and I dont understand what the problem was, but I will NEVER recommend QUICKEN LOANS to nobody.
