I was a subscriber to Quizos email coupon offers that come out every month or so. I printed out a valid coupon for 2 dollars off a regular or large sub and presented it for a purchase at store #4057 (address listed above) on 1-7-2005. Coupon was good until 1-16-2005. I was told by the counter girl that it would not be accepted because it was a copy. I said I printed it off the corporate website, and how was I going to use it if I can't make a copy of it? She said you can call the manager I will give you the number. I said I'm just going to contact the corporate office and make my complaint there.
Feeling like calling the store manager was just spinning my wheels and wasting of my time since she made the call in the first place with her coupon policy. I went to the corporate website to find a toll free number or email for customer service. I found no number, and it looks like the contact us by email only go's back to the store I have an issue with.(I sent them an email but still no response from as of january 18,2005 from email I sent 1-10-2005. I know 2 dollars is not alot of money, but Quiznos should not offer coupons to their customers if the franchisee's are not going to honor them. Plus maybe Quiznos might take a hint and offer better customer service on the corporate level. A toll free number and an a email address to an actual person who responds to complaints or concerns would be a big improvement.

#3 Consumer Suggestion
Toll Free Number and Internet Coupons
AUTHOR: Kenneth - (U.S.A.)

There is a toll free number on the front of every Quiznos you can call.
As far as the coupon being accused to be a copy. I pointed out the date and web site that prints on the bottom when you print the coupon as proof it came from the internet and the counter guy accepted that,
Ken

Store was breaking rules
AUTHOR: Michael - (U.S.A.)

I used to work for the food distribution side of Quiznos and whenever a coupon would come out the franchise owners were contractually bound to honor it. In fact, they are given rebates from corporate for the value of the coupon.
We have a team of compliant specialists who audit stores and if a store is not honoring a coupon they will be fined, if they still don't honor the rules their license will be revoked.
I am sorry that this particular store was not following the rules. Also if you need to contact the company they do have an 800 number. Its 1-800-deli-subs. It is required to posted at every store.
You can also call the direct main number and go directly to the receptionist. Here is the number: 303-837-9096

Some Good, Some Bad

Had minor problems with Dollar General and Taco Cabana. E-mailed both of them. Within a day or two, both companies e-mailed me back and had district managers call me at my office to discuss the problems. The district managers both gave me their personal phone numbers, corrected the problems and made follow up calls to see if their actions had been implemented. They also said that if I had any future problems, to give them a call. Boy was I impressed. Haven't been impressed with Quiznos since the gitgo.
