Quiznos manager calls customer B***h Pensacola Florida

I work around the corner from a Quiznos so my co-workers and i decided to have lunch ordered from there.
I ordered a steak sub, when i got back to work with it and opened it up the steak had a green color to it, I showed my husband who agreed that he would not eat it either. I returned it to Quiznos and ordered a turkey sub instead, well the manager said that i would have to pay for the turkey sub , because he was not going to make an exchange so I said well you can just keep the turkey sub and he said you B***h. So not only did i not get my money back for the steak sub i was also called a b***h. I contacted the corporate office but never heard back.
