Race-Depot.com Took my money and didn't deliver mechandise Internet Nationwide

I order a diecast in August, 2007 and never received it. It is always on back-order. Order another in Sept, 2007 and one on Jan. 2008. Haven't received any. I cancel the August, 2007 order and have called and email several times about getting the Dale Jr. cars. They claim on there website and emails they have them in stock ready to ship. I haven't got mine. I purchased from them in the past and always got my order till August. They will not return calls or email. This is getting real frustrating. All I want is my account credited and my two Dale Jr. cars sent. I have paid them well over $200 and have received nothing in return.
