I bought a rainbow vacuum cleaner off of Jayson Inglish of rainbow company which is in the bel-air plaza. I was told I could either buy the scrubber for 3 hundred dollars or give four names and once those people were seen I would receive my scrubber. All four of my people were seen and I still have not received a scrubber.

I have called many times and I was told Jayson would call me. When he did call he told me no vacuums were there right now. As soon as one came in he would bring me one because he turned in all the work so I would get one.

Well this was many months ago and now everytime I call I always get told someone will call me back and no one ever does. This January will be one year since I have bought the rainbow vacuum.

So if you buy a rainbow and are promise a rug scrubber when they see you fourth person don't believe it. I also know that this happen to my sister and she hasn't received her rug scrubber either.

Get in contact with the Regional Group Distributor (RGD)

My wife owns her own store in Rainbow, you need to get in contact with the RGD (Regional Group Distributor). I would try to find out this persons name before trying to get in contact. It is much easier to ask for them by name then just their title. Also the parent company for rainbow is RexAir. I would find their number and get a hold of them with as much info about the dealer that came to your home, and let them know that you have not recieved gifts that you were promised in return for references.

We recently had the Rainbow demonstrated in our home. Not only were we impressed with the way the system cleaned, the sales representative took very good care of us. In fact, we had such a positive experience that I referred the rep. to many of our friends, and received all of the incentive gifts that were offered: the Aquamate shampooer, the Rainbowmate power head, etc.

Although your Rainbow Distributor is in another part of the country, I am certain that if you were to contact them directly at their offices, they would be able to take care of your concerns. Rainbow and its parent comapany depend on good customer service and word-of-mouth to sustain their business.

Give your Rainbow Distributor a chance, in person, to listen to your complaint. You may be pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed with the integrity of the Rainbow Dealer in our city that I decided to demonstrate the Rainbows myself.
