Raise Pending credit card charge.... Internet

"So, on December 29th, I order 2 Ebay cards at a 5.1% discount. When I didn't hear anything from them within a day, I looked at my account at the raise.com site. Sure enough; nothing there indicating the purchase. However, when I check my Chase Visa account, there was a pending charge for the $94.90 which was the amount of the charge. When contacting Raise, I was told there was nothing they would do about getting me the cards I had purchased, but if the charge didn't "drop off" within a few days, I should call back. As you may be able to guess, the Ebay cards are now selling at only a 3-4% discount. To make this right, Raise may have incurred a cost of less than $2.00. Based on their response to this small problem, I have very serious concerns how they would handle any "real" problem. My advice when contemplating business with Raise is "Proceed with extreme caution" "
