Ramada Plaza Resorts - Ft. Lauderdale
My wife had purchased this $698.00 per person package for our wedding present get away. My wife is in the millitary and was recently deployed, and they wont let us move our date on the package or refund it. Do NOT purchase anything from the Ramada Plaza Resort, or the National Travel Agency. They will take what you have and with no remorse take you to the trash to be recycled with everyone else including us.
What happened to the Great American Dream has it gone awry?

Dear John,
I work for Ramada Plaza Resorts and my advice to you is to keep phoning them and harass them as much as you can, you will get your date changed (you may have to pay a small fee of 9.95) but at least you will be able to enjoy the vacation with your wife! All you have to do is be persistant and you will get what you want!
