I recently have had a experience with Randall Noe of Terrell. I was shopping the internet looking for a good deal on a Vehicle. I came across a Mitsubishi Endeavor- The price was great, so I sent an email through their website to get more information on it. I was soon contacted through email from one of their sales representatives Richard Griffin. We sent quite a bit of emails back and forth in reference to the vehicle. I was extremely excited and anticipated getting to have a first hand look at the vehicle when I got the chance to stop by.

After looking at the car for 3 days and speaking with the Sales Representative , I went back to website (like a 16 year old who just got the D.L.) to look at the car once more. I could not find the vehicle, and if you have ever been on their website- you look at cars within your price range. I could not find the car- so I emailed the Sales Rep and asked if they had sold the car. Soon after I looked further into the web and found the car. The only thing that changed was the price- they had marked the car up ~$5000.00 from the original price that I had seen on the web for 3-5 days. So I quickly emailed the sales rep again and advised him that I had found the car on the web and was wanting to know how in 1 day the vehicle had jumped that much in price.

After a couple of minutes the Sales Rep emails me back with the answer to my first email- advising me that the car was still there and that he had actually went and seen it. So I waited for a response to my 2nd email.

Nothing for the rest of the day. Also- nothing this morning. I am furious. Maybe I do not know how the car sales reps do their job, but to me that is doing an injustice to the customer and for the SO CALLED SALES REP to avoid my emails and questions is also unfair. I still at this point have not heard from any associate at Randall Noe of Terrell.

I just called and spoke with another representative from Randall Noe and he kept saying that he doesn't know how the price could change that much in one day, but it was probably an error when putting it in.... ok $5118.00 to $9998.00? He could not come up with a definate answer for me. And why have I been talking to Richard for the past 3 days and not one did he tell me that the price that I had directly from the internet was not correct!!! I will not be doing business with Randall Noe- no matter how many people they have correctly serviced.
