Randall Noe ripoff dishonest vehicle service Terrell Texas

I am a 24 yr old blue collar guy. On 5.2.07, my truck which I purchased from Randall Noe started running badly. Being that they are a Ford motor company certified service department I took my truck in. They tell me at my first visit that it costs $90.00 to diagnos the problem and then they qoute the repairs.

Tim with Randall Noe service department calls me the following afternoon with the report. The report was given as being a spark plug and coil failure. The qoute for repair was $800.00 plus the $90.00 and tax of course. Since I had replaced the spark plugs as little as 2 months before hand, I had a red flag in my head go up. I talked with the guy at the parts counter and he suggested I purchase a EGR Sensor for $120.00. I purchased the part and had it installed within an hour and all problems are corrected.

I return to Randall Noe the same day i purchased the part and repaired the problem and talked with a Larry. I told Larry that I had a problem with paying for services rendered that were incorrect or misleading. Larry told me that I recieved service and that there was nothing that could done.

I am furious these guys mis-diagnosed my problem and tried to take me for $800.00 worth of un-neccisary repairs. I am told that there is nothing they can do to rectify the problem at hand and I still had to pay the $90.00 for the bad diagnosis.
Please!! Everyone, stay away from Randall Noe service department. They are doing dishonest business and trying to take peoples hard earned money!
