I ordered Avesil under their "free trial" offer for S&H of $5.95. The same day after placing this order online i received a phone call under the guise of confirming my order but this call was actually a sales call for another of their products, JUN PureCleanse; the pitch..."if i act today they will send out a 30 day supply of PureCleanse for only $49.95"; I said NO WAY. I was frankly quite annoyed that they used the confirmation of my previous order as a ploy to make a sales call.
Today i received the AVESIL as ordered. In a separate package i received JUN PURECLEANSE which i did not order. I checked my CC and there was the unauthorized charge for $49.95. Once i realized what they had done. i was hot. I called their customer service (CS) i spoke to a Jay who repeatedly tried to convince me that there was nothing he could do about the charge but no further shipments would be made. I explained firmly that his offer of no further shipments will not be satisfactory and requested to speak to someone of authority. After repeatedly requesting to speak to a person of authority he finally put Ms. Bianca Winters x 5184 on the line.
If you look through some of the other complaints on this company you will find Bianca Winters name as the person of authority. (If you chose to believe she is who she says she is.) Ms. Winters stated that she will credit back my CC for the $49.95 w/i 48 hours but i will need to send the product back at my own expense. Ridiculous...
After completing my call with Ms. Winters, I contacted my CC company to report the disputed charge. I requested that my CC# be changed and no further charges be allowed by this unscrupulous company. Good Luck to all who find themselves conducting business with this group. Be vigilant when dealing with this conniving organization.

Of course its a scam - none of those miracle pills work - they never have.
BUT PEOPLE FALL FOR IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
you have to be smarter than the scammers!
Key thing to look for - NOT EVALUATED BY FDA! that tells you its bogus, because the FDA was never involved.
YOU DID NOT CHECK COMPLAINT BOARDS BEFORE YOU ORDERED
YOU DID NOT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHAT YOU WERE AGREEING TO
You did not read the privacy notice that explained you will be harrassed by telemarketers.
THE INFO IS ON THEIR WEBSITES - YOU HAVE TO READ IT!
