Real Estate Law Center, PC, headed by attorney Chad Pratt- but in reality headed by notorious attorney Deepak Parwatikar who has been disciplined for shady dealings before by the California State bar are now in the business of the mass joinder scam which the California Attorney general has warned the general public to steer clear of- as well as the Californai Department of REal Estate and other major govermental agencies. 

They have many "sales agents" who are not informed about the practice of law, yet are actively telling poor desperate homeowners that they can stop the foreclosure process, lower mortgage payments, and getting principal reductions. They tell clients to stop paying their mortgage and to pay them instead (MAJOR SCAM ALERT!) The sales agents even tell clients that they are attorneys just to close the sale. They do not care if you actually have a good case or not but are only interested in getting their cut of the profit because they receive a percentage of the money that clients pay to the attorneys every month for this bogus service. (this is also illegal as attorneys cannot split fees with non-attorneys) 

If you are contacted by any one associated with this law firm, contact a lcoal government scam reporting agency right away! 

As for the mass joinder lawsuit scam, nothing ever comes of it- you will never see any kind of benefit or reward, you will most likely lose your home and go into foreclosure because this takes so long, and the case will be thrown out- I have done my research as I had the unfortunate experience of being a client of theirs. ASK THEM WHICH CASE THEY HAVE WON AND FOR THEM TO SHOW YOU PROOF! THEY CANNOT! 

This scam is nothing more than a way to charge for loan modification services, which they could not even perform for me, all they did was take my money, never answer my calls, and cause me to lose my home. Do not give them your personal information as you never know what they may do with it. It's a shame scumbag attorneys like this exist and think they can get away with it- they should be disbarred and shut down at once! 

Please stay away from this law firm! I have lost my home which myself and my recently deceased husband have lived in for twenty five years. They took advantage of me in my most vulnerable hour and I have lost everything because of it. They attempted to get me to file bankruptcy with guess who----Deepak Parwatikar of Pinnacle Law Center. I said no thank you after reading his record on the CA state bar website. Just another way to take more of my money! 

I have been scammed and I hope this will prevent any future persons who are thinking of signing up with this law firm to stop at once. Unfortunately it was too late when I realized but again I hope this will help others.
