I turned on my PC one day only to keep having pop-ups about my computer being invaded with about 29 trojans(viruses) and that I needed to purchase this "virus protection" product called GuardPsc in order to get the viruses off. It presented the product to be only $49.95, but when I purchased it I was charged $99.90. I am furious about the whole situation because, it was all a scam and I never needed the product in the first place. I tried calling the company but all I get is annoying music playing and no answer. I ended up having to call my bank and cancel my card. They make it seem as if this process will take a very long time to resolve. This is CRAZY!!!!!!

So here's an update................. I finally got in touch with someone at the "Real Gold Soft" company and they immediately offered a refund of my money. I was told it would take 5-10 business days. I hope this comes through okay and I get my money back, so I won't have anymore problems to deal with. We'll see what happens though.
