Redbox movie rental overcharged me. When i called to ask why they acted like it has happened before but wouldn't say that. I asked them to please send out a service tech to check the machine and was told they will not that i'm trying to scam money out of them. I heard this has happened before and it's getting old and sad to steal money from people at hard economical times.
