I rented two dvd's and got charged $2.59 for the first day rental right off the bat. I kept the dvd's for 2 days. seven days later I got charged $5.18 for the two days rental on top of the first charge. I called redbox and the individual stated that the first charge is a pre-authorization charge and should disappear and reverted in 10 days. Ten days have past and I'm still waiting.
