As a consumer of many products and services, I have never had such an unpleasant experience dealing with any business owner like I did with Cindy owner of Regis Regal "German Shepherds Breeder" in Spring Grove IL. We were charged almost 2,000 for a genetical defective dog that was not growing. Whenever we called Cindy the owner who sold us the dog, she was never around and when she answered the phone, she had to run and would never call us back. I finally got her to agree for us to drop off the dog and she promised that she would give us another puppy once she had one available but never did. When we attempted to call her back she never answered her phone and when I finally got her on the phone she was rude, loud and yelled profanity and hung up on me. How can this woman run a business and act so unprofessionally and bulgur. Don't make the same mistake that we made and many people have made dealing with Regis Regal who claim to have "world Class German Shepherds" because it's all a big lie and they will rip you off. Do your research and run to another breeder unless you have money for a genetically defective dog and business owner.
