Please if you are considering using Regus as a virtual office service DO NOT!!
I was a customer for over 2 years and on the third year I canceled as I no longer needed their services.
I followed the cancellation policy, which was to contact a representative of Regus in writing 60 days prior.
I hand - delivered a letter to the Center Manager, who assured me it was now updated in the system. Then 90 days passed by and I was still being charged. I called the center and I was told i had to cancel with the corporate office by sending an email - they provided me with the 800# to call to obtain the email. I called the number and the person that answered stated they didn't know what I was talking about so they gave me an email of the supervisor of the Center Manager. I sent an email to this person who then replied that since I "didn't cancel on time" that my contract had auto-renewed and had to pay for another year!
This went round and round in circles, so I canceled my card, and then they sent me to collections.
At this point, I'm paying what's left.
BUT I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT REGUS HAS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!
STAY AWAY FROM REGUS!!! There are plenty of virtual offices services that are actual legitimate and professional companies. Do your research and STAY AWAY FROM REGUS!!
