Bought  (6) leads from company at $79.99 each. Of these leads 2 leads got  me to  give estimates for painting. The next 4 leads were bogus, never got contact with customer. Asked for refund company refused to refund any leads not a dime. Tom Hampton assured each customer was call to verify info, so set up fake lead with his info at reliable remodlers it was up on internet in minutes and emailed right way. The more research I did company sell all leads to servicemagic.com double amount of contractors bidding on all projects then stated. Want a full refund or will file a fraud claim against company and am pursuing clase action suit with other members of the rippoff report..

Like I said all there answers are canned responses, try again because of holidays. thats laughable response. I am asking for a refund on fake leads from 6 months ago. I have email from the company that bought my test lead ,he says company will not refund even though I told it was test lead with reliable remodelers  info as contact info. This company wont refund a penny ever stay away. Where is my refund..

I worked at ReliableRemodeler.com for 3 years.  I can tell you when I first started at the company it was an excellent job, and great people to work for.  I quit my job approximately 3 years later because I felt it was no longer an ethical company to work for.  We were no longer confirming homeowner leads, just sending them through to the contractors, we did not check the contractors background, license, or bonding information, if we found a contractor had done shoddy work or ran with homeowners money we would continue to send them leads because they paid us "good" money, we would pad the leads, if the homeowner wanted to replace a sink and floor in a bathroom for $1-2K, the lead was confirmed for a full gut and remodel of a bathroom for $2-5K. It was a horrible scam/sham to work for the company, I was angry and hurt and left the company. Can only just now speak out because my non-compete contract is up.

It is unfortunate that you did not have a positive experience with our company. I am the Operations Manager at the company; and I can see from your responses to our account manager that you were beginning to have success being able to give 2 bids out of the initial 6 leads you purchased. Keep trying the other 4 leads; we have found that a lot of our homeowners are traveling for the Holiday season.

We'd like to discuss this with you as there are some things you have written which paint a partial picture of our business, so we'd like to help you better understand how our company operates and how all partners fit into this picture...

I wish you and your business well.
