Relocation Realty Inc Entered the lease under fraudulent terms and wouldn't make right Roswell Georgia

Upon entering the lease with all ammenities off to the house (power/water) we find that once turned on about 1/2 or more of the appliances were broken (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, etc) the water to the overall house did not work, 15 broken pipes had the master bathroom out of order, poo in all the toilets even though no one had lived here in about a year (according to the neighbor). Over the next four months, two BBB reports were put in attempting to get the issues made right (although BBB did absolutely nothing for us and sided with the company, even though they were outside the bounds of the law). Finally when we told them we would be breaking the lease and calling a lawyer action was taken, however after making us pay over $16k up front, having to bring legal into the issue is just plain terrible. I hope these crooks get put behind bars where they belong. Do NOT use them as your rental management, they WILL screw you with super glue as lube. This company is best left for other idiots to use, stay as far away as you can.
