**WARNING FROM FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE 8/17/2016

I can tell you from FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE, as of 8/17/2016. The leasing agent (Hardeman Godbee) on to the office staff (Tasha) are all con-artists and liars. I called in response to a posting I noticed on Hotpads, that was listed 1-2 days prior. I went down to view the property, the same day I called. I was told by agent (Hardeman Godbee) that "I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO GET BACK WITH HIM ABOUT THE RENTAL." I explained to him that I had BAD credit and a low score. On the Rental Application under Credit, it states: "Please tell your Agent if you anticipate a problem with your credit, we may have suggestions." I did this BEFORE FILLING OUT THE RENTAL APPLICATION.

Mr. Godbee stated, "YOU WILL BE APPROVED, BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER DEPOSIT, EQUAL TO 2-3X THE MONTHLY RENT. After hearing this, I felt comfortable enough to complete the application, along with the ($130) app. fee and pay the reservation fee.

My hubby did not have a good feeling about Relocation Realty and the sneakiness of its staff after meeting with them in-person. I forced him to relinquished the fund totaling more ($840) after he spoke with Tasha. She repeated the same line when asked about qualifying as applicants with a high debt ratio. E.g., "YOU WILL BE APPROVED, BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY HIGHER DEPOSIT, EQUAL TO 2-3X THE MONTHLY RENT".

I called her on 8/17/2016 to find out about our move-in status; she said “she emailed the response,” which was another lie. They leased the rental out to another applicant while excepting our RESERVATION FEE (which was to hold the unit and). I would have filled out an application if CREDIT WAS A FINAL FACTOR!

All I can say is if you value spending your hard earned money wisely, STAY AWAY FROM RELOCATION REALTY and its agents. They will say anything to get the application fees, as they make money off of it. They are DECEPTICONS, downright Snakes.
