The real estate generation service overcharged me EVERY month I used them, which was for about 3 months. They had agreed not to send or charge for more than 5 leads per month, and instead they were charging me for far more than that. Every month I had to call them to correct the account and credit me. When I cancelled, they hurried and ran a charge through for $314.65, which was more than they should have charged for the entire month.

The leads are not good quality leads. Many of the leads are for people with poor credit. They also don't mention what price range of home they will be looking for "in 3 to 6 months" or more. The most disturbing aspect is that they have your credit card number and they run charges through willy nilly at far more than agreed to.
