reproduction-gallery.com internet fraud no address Customer service was terrible, paints falling out like a rag Internet

I ordered ~$800 of paintings from reproduction-gallery.com. Two of them arrived with paints falling out like a rag. I contacted reproduction-gallery.com and they told me they would not take them back and if I was going to return them, for an exchange only, I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and the shipping to have replacement products sent out. So, in the end, I would have to pay the cost of shipping to get the defective paintings to me, the cost to get them back, and the cost of replacement. Customer service of reproduction-gallery.com was terrible. There are no address on their website, not in us, not in uk, not in au, but in China, frauds!
