Resort Exchange International I paid them so they could rent out my points in exchange for a large sum of money for me. Florida

I recieved a call from an individual (I believe his name was Anthony Harrison) he said he could get me $7.000 for my Time Share points.  I had to sign up with his company Resort exchange International(REI)  for $1800.  I kept calling REI and was told it would take about 2 months for tha timshare company to release the rooms.  After several  phone calls to REI I was told that vouchers had been sent out and the money would be sent to me within 2 weeks, which led to 1 week an so on.  For the last 2 weeks I have been calling REI daily and  they promised that I would get a call back that day they promised and promised and promised.  In the last 2 months I have redeived 1 phone call from REI(this was the first week in July and they told my wife that we would be getting a check for $7.000 real soon.  My time share was Wyndham Grand Desert in Las Vegas Nevada.
