I signed up for the “so-called” trial around noon on a Sunday. Mid-afternoon Monday, was on the phone with a barely coherent rep, trying to get the order cancelled. She kept insisting the order had already shipped, but when I first called was told the item hadn't shipped, therefore, no tracking number. Got a real bad feeling from the rep's refusal to cancel the orders.
I called my credit card company only to find out a S&H charge of $4.95 was already "pending" for each of the items. I was told I couldn't dispute until actual arrival of these items, unless "merchant" agreed to cancel transactions. Credit card rep set up a three-way call with this barely coherent, at least to me rep, who continued to insist the item had already shipped and kept trying to get me to buy the product at a reduced rate.
Finally, after nearly two hours on the phone with their rep, as well as credit card rep, Revival rep sent confirmation cancellation emails, although I was still being billed for the 2 "pending" transactions, supposedly because the items had already shipped. The cancellation notices claimed items could be returned "postage-paid" to this address: Please send product back postage paid to:

These people are vultures, insisting on having their pound of flesh. As of now, I stand to be out of just the shipping cost for the 2 items. However, the thought of them having my credit card number leaves me extremely uneasy. Hopefully, this review, along with others, eventually shut down these scammers. In the meantime, run don't walk, away from their slick looking website, waiting like a spider's web to ensnare you.
FYI: Friday, March 13, products arrived in a small cardboard box with only a packing slip. I scanned the packing slip into a PDF image to show that both the cream and eye serum had shipped together. Returned products unopened. Sent an email telling them in a cordial way I wanted no more dealings with them. Attached the pdf to show the 2 items shipped together in case they tried to bill me later.
Received an email the following day from a Rachael, Email Support Specialist, Revival Beauty, Customer Service, informing me that my cancellation had been noted. Short of cancelling my card, I'm keeping an eye on my account and praying these vultures get what they deserve.
