Richard They are very quick to take your payment. But very poor on service. I have a DWI which I wanted removed. I started the process with Canadian Pardon Service 3 months after my conviction. I have been eligible to have my record removed since Feb 2015.They contacted me in April of 2014 for permission to get my criminal records form the RCMP which they charged me an additional amount. In April 2014 I also sent them electronic copies of fingerprints, again an additional charge. I have called then on numerous occasions without reply I finally received a reply in Nov 2015 that the received the incorrect report from the RCMP and would need to order a new copy. Finally I said never mind I will go elsewhere. I went to the local office of Commissioners of Canada where in 1 hour I filled out all the forms, had my print redone and the request to have my records from the RCMP was made. Cost $ 250 for their services and 85 for the prints. I will still need to pay the Canadian Government some 600 + at a latter date. They informed me that all would be done within 11 months. If possible get someone in your area to do the work. This company is good at answering the phone but if it’s not for a new file where they can get more money you are shuffled off to one on there may recordings. Toronto Ontario
