Richmark Gutter Company = PATHETIC WORK

Richmark Gutter Company a division of Northwest Building Resources in Ostrander Ohio has to be one of the biggest slobs in Columbus Ohio. Recently they replaced a downspout on our building and cannot get it right. The first replacement was because the downspout theypieced together by joining a piece at the bottom with screws. The condo board had it replaced.

The second replacement was the wrong color so they had to replace again. The third time 9-29-16 was the right color but again they hacked two pieces together by screws which looks tacky. The third replacement done on 9-29-16 was only supposed to be done on two of our units because when they replaced months ago they only did the two units which are not the same color. The Dumbasses decided
to replace all six condo unit downspouts ( when only 2 needed it) and screwed all six up.

NORTHWEST BUILDING RESOURCES DBA RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY HAS BEEN THE WORST GUTTER COMPANY IVE EVER SEEN.

Several Roofing company we brought in to inspect their work agreed. The only reason they got this job was because their salesman who lives on site happens to be buddys with the board preseident.

NOT ONLY WERE THEY THE HIGHEST BID PUT IN ON THE JOB ( OVER $180,000) THEIR SALESMAN GOT A 7-8% COMMISION ON THE JOB AND AT 500K PLUS NOT BAD $35,000-$40,000 COMMISION FOR CRAPPY WORK.

The trial would have been done months ago but Richmark Gutters Lawyer asked for 1-2 extensions which we will fight this time if they ask for more. 

I am very excited to say our witnesses are ready and we anxiously await our trial..

Hello Everyone just wanted to update everyone on Richmark Gutter companys salesman Roger Lewis games hes playing. Today I went to speak to a latino neighbor who Roger Lewis has been harassing over sunflowers. 

As I was walking over to the neighbors house Roger Lewis come outside flipped me off and said a few cuss words. I said a few back in response as he was getting into his car.

Then 5 minutes later roger returns back home and a few minutes later his board friend David Spohn drives by giving me a nasty look. Within minutes after that Columbus Police showed up to roger Lewis house because he called them on me.

He starts his B.S. to me then calls the police- WHAT A DISGUSTING COWARD.

He's trying to harass me due to the fact I have  a lawsuit against his employer and hes been exposed on the internet for turning a bid into his friend and board preseident James Krajcik who took the bid and pushed the board to accept it for $185,000 more than the other bids.

It was me that exposed this disgusting mispent funds and now they think they are going to harass me to move out. 

ITS NOT HAPPENING. I WILL NOT ALLOW SOMEONE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RESIDENTS AND NOT EXPOSE IT. 

HIS COMPANY WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN STEALING RESIDENTS ELECTRICITY FOR HOURS ALONG WITH TORTURING BABY RACCONS THAT WERE IN A TRAP FROM VAMIT GUARD. 

STATE WILDLIFE OFFICIALS DID FINE THE WORKER AND MADE HIM COME TO COURT.

THIS IS WHY ROGER LEWIS AND HIS BOARD FRIENDS ARE NOW UP TO THEIR GAMES BECAUSE TRIAL FOR THE SLANDER/DEFIMATION SUIT IS COMING UP AND THEY WANT ME TO DISMISS THE SUIT.

Richmark Gutter Company is back again doing work and today as I took my wife to work she quickly noticed as we drove by gutter that were cut and ready to be hung laying in someones beautiful flower bed and they didnt give a ****.

You see they cut gutters for around a building where they are going to hang them and lay them out and after so many they start hanging the new gutters.

They cut this gutter the length of the garage and instead of putting the gutters in the parking spot next to the curb these lazy slobs decided to lay it in a mans flowers not giving a ****..

Let me share my worst experience with you guys. Yes im talking about RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY. We had a dealing with them. They had the contract to solve our gutter issues. But Honestly to say, they are the worst company we had deal ever. I am not the first one who is talking about their scam. I know one who exposed them with proof. Even police also involved with these case. After all these the company didnt solve the issues but also insult him over online. 

WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THEY ARE ? i GUESS  "Shameless"  would be the perfect word to describe them.

Not only that they are theif by trail. They theft electricity as well. They have their own contracts and links with our community to hide their bad. 

We are the ultimate sufferers ........... Do you want to be the next one ?  Dont even think to hire them.

It's been a while since my last update and have been very busy dealing with a sick elderly family member. 

Recently we had to file a libel/slander lawsuit against Northwest Building Resources Inc. DBA Richmark Gutter company for their egregious lies against me. They didnt defend their work because they knew they were caught lying and doing piss poor work. 

Recently we had our first round of depositions against the company after they deposed me for seven hours. 

We deposed two of their people..

1- Mark Gifford- Mark Gifford is the manager of Richmark Gutter company and was its previous owner before selling the company to Northwest Building Resources..

2- Andy Nichols- Andy Nichols is one of the sons whos father gave him part of the family business. This deposition was almost laughable if it wasnt so disgusting. 

I will post copys of the deposition when I have them so the public can see how much this man lied. 

Throughout the posts on ripoffreport pertaining to Richmark Gutter Company the owner of the company made many lying and slanderous posts.

As you can see in the link above several posts were made by the author "HILLIARD COMMONS" When reading these posts from " Hilliard Commons" the public would think the condo association wrote the comments to support this company. This is untrue. When Andy Nichols (owner) was asked about these posts he admitted under oath he made them and falsified using "Hilliard Commons" as the owner. 

THIS IS SICKENING... I TRULY THOUGHT HE HAD HIS FRIEND ON THE BOARD POST THESE TO FIND OUTR HE WAS DECIEVING THE PUBLIC BY LYING ABOUT WHO POSTED THESE..

Then when asked about a couple of the lies posted bout me and where he got his information he said " Roger Lewis" and James "Krajcik"

Roger Lewis is Richmark Gutter Companys salesman who lives on site here and friends with the board president James Krajcik...

James Krajcik is the former board president but still remains on the board although he has spent telling everyone including myself the last 6 years how its to stressful on his health. ( LOOKING FOR PITTY YET HE GETS OUT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY TO DRIVE THE PROPERTY AND RUN ERRANDS DRIVING A PICKUP TRUCK SUPPOSEDLY WITH BAD KNEES.. )

We also found our Roger Lewis the friend of the board president who pushed to get him the contract ( and they wernt even the lowest bid) recieved 7-8% for filling out the bid and giving it his friend to accept. 

HERES THE BIG PROBLEM..

In his complaints the owner also said the contract is a 100k project done over 3 years-phase 1-phase two phase 3. That is correct.

But what he didnt tell everyone is a bid is put in for each phase and each bid is over 100k. Tow parts already done and they are now getting a bid ready for phase 3..

totaling over 300k..

SO LETS TAKE A LOK AT THIS ..

ROGER LEWIS WHOS RETIRED AND DOING THIS AS A SIDE BUSINESS GIVES HIS FRIEND JAMES KRAJCIK (BOARD MEMBER) A BID FOR OVER 100K TWICE AND HE ACCEPTS IT. 

THEN FOR DOING THIS HE GETS $7000-$8000 COMMISION FOR EACH PHASE AS PART OF HIS COMMISION..

AND THE WORK WAS CONFIRMED AS CRAPPY AND THEY HAD TO NOT ONLY GO BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEMS I POINTED OUT BUT THE CONDO ASSOCIATION ALSO HIRED ANOTHER ROOFER TO FIX THEIR SLOPPY WORK.....

THEN AFTER BEING EXPOSED FOR THEIR SLOPPY WORK THEY FILE A BOGUS COUNTERSUIT FOR 1 MILLION.

I WILL BE POSTING THE LIES THAT WERE EXPOSED DURING DEPOSITIONS BY THIS OWNER AND THIS WILL SHOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEY RUN AND HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE..

It seems like the updates are getting more frequesnt but I guess that happens when your dealing with slobs like Richmark Gutter Company.  

After several months of being off work while another company come in and inspected their work Richmark Gutter company has recently started back up fixing some of their problems I exposed..

My condo was never completed fully and they were stopped about half way through. Last week when they finished my building I made sure they had plenty of room to work by moving my car across the street and made sure my newly stained deck gate was also open so they could complete their work. I spent several days double coat staining my deck and it looked fabulous. 

The day they did the back of the building I saw them bring a ladder and place it on my deck. (see pic) The ladder had dried mud and rocks on it. Being in a lawsuit I knew i wasnt allowed to speak to them directly so I made sure pics were taken. Anyone with common sense would know not to bring a ladder up on a deck that was just stained that had chunks of dried mud and rocks on it. 

BUT NOT RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY...

THESE SLOBS NOT ONLY DID THE ABOVE BUT YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICS HOW THEY SCRATCHED THE HELL OUT OF MY NEWLY STAINED DECK AND LEFT A MESS..

Yesterday Richmark Gutter Company come out to finish the back of our building that should have been done months ago. After recently staining my deck (1 week ago) they decided to bring a ladder onto my deck that was packed with dried mud and rocks. As you can see from the pics attached not only did they scratch the hell out of my deck they left stains and scrapes everywhere...

Is this the kind of company you want working on your property???

Our condo association for whatever reason decided to bring our Richmark Gutter company slobs back on the property. 

Today Richmark is finishing our building up that has sat here for months half done becaus they had to go back a re do their piss poor work.

Thanks to my neighbor for pointing out Richmark Gutter Company slobs decided to throw their metal trash into wifes flowers. As you remember below the owner of the company ( Atleast posted below as owner now saying it was an employee who posted) said how professional his group was etc.etc.etc. Oh yes he also said snow was the issue last time they were exposed for leaving a mess and the pics below clearly show a nice beautiful non snowy day.

ANYWAY... As you can see by the attached picture these slobs clearly dont give a d**n about people flowers thet they spend many hours keeping nice...

I wanted to let everyone know today 7-31-15 Real Property Management hired Benchmark Roofing to come out and repair the crappy work done by Richmark Gutter Company. The funny thing is the owner of Richmark Gutter company who lied in many posts below and lied to the public defending his crappy work saying how good it was just got called out on their crappy work AGAIN..

As mentioned earlier in posts below Richmark Gutter Company took a piece of splash guard and cut through the vinyl pushing this splash guard through it. 

The owner of Richmark Gutter Comapny knew this done and that it was causing problems for two owners. One occupant (listed beloe with pics) had fallen on ice that was caused by the overflow of this piss poor work. Another neighbr has had to have mold removed from his basement where they let the water run down there for a year without fixing it.

Oh yes and as you can see below by my post many months ago Richmark Gutter company owner called the occupant last year on a BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER telling her he would be out quickly to get it fixed and a year later finally a Real Professional Roofer from another company got the job done. As for his boss ( Benchmark roofing)I will post next week about his inspections he did here...WHAT A JOKE....

Not only do i have wittnesses to the conversations with Benchmark Roofings worker BUT I HAVE VIDEO AND AUDIO.....

I will not be posting it yet for a few days BUT I can tell you Benchmark roofings worker who was very professional and knew what he was doing said " I HAVE NEVER SEEN S$%t WORK DONE WITH SPLASH GUARD LIKE THIS BEFORE"

I recieved a call yesterday from Marty Dillinger who inspected Richmark gutter companys work while walking in the door from running errands yesterday. I've been very sick for a couple days so I wasnt sure which posting he was asking about but i do know now.

The posting he was asking me about is this...

To Whom it May Concern:

 I am writing this to inform you of the hazards and issues you face with the existing workmanship as brought to my attention by Robert. The very first thing that will show itself is the heat increase, because the wood soffit was not removed when the new vented soffit was put on it is actually restricting the airflow even further. My mold concerns are also connected to the restriction of air flow. The main reason for attic ventilation through soffit and ridge vents is to wick the moisture from the attic and keep it dry and mold free. The potential health concerns of those living in the improperly vented spaces is very alarming. The splash guard flashing that I have seen was improperly installed and could be causing more issues to basement walls like foundation freezing and thawing and mold issues with water running down the wall. The water seems to be getting behind the siding that was cut into improperly and is not even caulked. The leaf guard that is used on the units along the tree line look sloppy and are not doing the job they are designed for, if hired I would like to install proper leaf guards for the gutters to be used. Marty told me Richmark Gutter Companys owner was ranting and raving about a number of things including more slanderous statements about me being dillusional. Im not sure where he gets duillusional because every contractor I've spoken to have agreed the work I showed them was piss poor and not done properly. I guess he's so angry hes now desperate. I would Immagine the lawyer his insurance company hired for him has no clue Richmark Gutter companys owner is making calls and harassing a wittness..

The work was so piss poor our condo board had them stop their work and brought in another roofer to inspect their work which i just got a copy of through a subpoena. The roofer brought in also found problems with their work and I will be posting that report soon. And they only spot checked a few buildings.Oh yes and when Marty told the owner of Richmark Gutter Company he was told that Richmark was stopped from doing their job, Richmark Gutter Company's owner got offensive and told Marty they " took a hiatus" HAHAHA

Hello Evceryone,

Recently a neighbor who has developed breathing problems and put on an inhaler discovered it was due to mold in her basement causing her issues. A mold professional come out and lab tested the mold and also confirmed serious mold problems. 

Arrow Roofing a local PROFESSIONAL company with an excellent rating was called out to determine where this ladys water problems was coming from that soaked her drywall and caused mold and breathing problems..

The problems Richmark Gutter Company caused is not good. One neighbor has also had water pouring down their block basement wall and will also be getting a mold inspection very soon. His basement moisture lever has gotten much worse. Not only this Richmark Gutter Company has caused the upstairs of our condo's to greatly increase in heat due to their improper placing of breathable soffit vents they paced over our wood soffit without opening the wood for proper ventilation.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. Last month Hilliard Commons got two new board members and finally someone who gives a d**n... 

Both new board members after reading the posts decided to actually go out and review the work done by Richmark Gutter Company. It didnt take long for both new board members to determine the work done by richmark Gutter company was piss poor as I've stated all along.

After the work was stopped our property management company Real Property Management had a contractor come out to inspect Richmark Gutter Companys work. the odd thing about this is Vicki Smith (RPM) and Ann Marie Shepard (new board president) were not only out following this man around but were coaching him along the way. 

The report from this company has not been turned in by either partys above so we wait.

It's so funny how Richmark Gutter Company didnt defend their work they decided to slander me to get the public to believe I was a liar and more. THE PROBLEM IS WITH ALL THE PROOF PROVIDED THE PUBLIC GOT TO SEE CLEARLY WHO WAS LYING.....

After being brutally attacked by slanderous comments from Richmark Gutter Company I decided to file a slander/libel lawsuit against them for the lies they posted online. They then in return after trying to send me an apology letter decided to file a BOGUS countersuit for slander.

Oh yes I will update everyone soon on the cease and desist letter I got from their lawyer that was laughable.....

A week or so ago Northwest Building Resources Inc- Dba- Richmark Gutter Company was using several neighbors electricity without permission.

Yesterday 5-14-2015 Richmark Gutter Company employees were again caught using a neighbors electricity for hours without persmission and the police were here.

We originally called about the gutter being loose. They came out to see it, we found out they also fixed shutters. They ordered the shutters; they returned and fixed the gutters and shutters at the same time. They were efficient. They left nothing to clean up. They didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need.

A neighbor of mine has had gutter problems for 5 years. Last year Real Property Management allowed Richmark gutter Company to do work on the property. Approximately 1 year ago the neighbor with gutter problems reported the problem and Richmark Gutter Company was sent out to fix the problem. Since their pittyful repairs were done more problems have arose and Real Property Management is aware of them and doesnt do a d**n thing to fix them whcih will eventually cause damage/mold/ or even worse to the property.

I had a problem with water going over the top of one of my gutters. It was caused by a long stretch of gutter being routed onto a lower roof with a small gutter. It had been an issue since the house was built. I called Richmark and Mark came out the following day to check out my problem and give me an estimate. I told him I wanted to proceed. He said they were running about 7 days out and he would give me a call to schedule. He called a week later and scheduled for the following day. Jeff and crew were right on time. They removed my gutter topper, replaced the old gutter and added a new downspout. They were able to reinstall my gutter topper which saved me from buying a new one. They extended all the downspouts that had settled and added a new clip to one downspout. The new gutters/ downspouts were made here on site and they matched very closely to my 16 year old gutters/ downspouts. Everything was cleaned up and the old materials were hauled away. They were done in about an hour and I was very pleased with how nice and neat the gutters looked. We had a huge rainstorm a few days later and everything worked perfectly!! I am very happy!!

Since I was having the house painted( trim) I let Mark know I'd have the painters remove old gutters & his company could than hang the new ones after the painting was completed. Since I couldn't decide on whether I wanted the gutters to match trim color or siding color Mark offered to come back out with gutter colors so that I could view them on the houses exterior. Since he showed me a gutter that was almost identical to new paint color I chose to go in that direction. The gutters look great ! It was a pleasure working with Mark as he was very accommodating and professional. The crew was efficient & completed job as agreed. I have no complaints with this company.

Richmark is a well-hidden gem in the replacement window business .I ran into them at the home show and asked for an estimate on a window they had on sale which turned out to be more of an entry level window than we wanted.  (But, if you wanted such a window, it is a great product at a reasonable price.)  Joe talked with me about other offerings.  I went to their showroom and bought the Viwinco Cambridge window, a window that isn't marketed widely in this area but is on the East coast.    I did FAR more research than anyone should.  Joe's sales approach is very informative and there was NO high pressure.  He talked through alternatives with me clearly. 

The windows came in on schedule.  Installation was excellent.  The installers were personable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Two of the windows needed to have latches replaced. They worked but would stick.  These parts were ordered and installed quickly. 

 ( Rosati's seem to be the gold standard in Columbus, and we put in the precursors to Rosati's in the early 1980's; they were great windows.  These Cambridge windows have very similar structural ratings (Rosati's claim to fame)  with the same warranty at less than 1/2 of Rosati's (alleged) 35% off price. I think they look better also)

Good. Talked with Mark and they were out 6-8 weeks backlog however I wanted work done. They were up front on time line and I know a few things came up and it could be delayed. 

They did come out, serviced the gutters, sealed and all in all a nice job. I had another company do this last year and they hosed me, said they sealed the gutter joints but they did not. Richmark came out and fixed everything and I don't see any leaking at the seams nor are the downspouts out of alignment anymore. I'm happy everything worked out for me and they did a nice job. Since I know those things need checked/looked at every few years I will be contacting them in the future again. Thanks Mark for the service and fixing those issues.

This is the second time I have used this firm for gutters - once in 2013 for my house and again in 2014 for a new detached garage.  I was impressed with their work.  They arrived when expected and did a great job. It also took them about half as long as I thought it would to get the installation done

The Owners and board are happy with work performed by Richmark at Hilliard Commons. they are so pleased with the work, Richmark has been awarded an additional contract to complete more work on the property.

It's true, Richmark has not YET fixed every leaky gutter and piece of rotten fascia in central Ohio, but they have successfully worked on everything they have been contracted to work on to complete satisfaction. See the attached letter for a sample of how customers feel about Richmark.

Richmark has completed all work as contracted to complete satisfactiion. The installers have even gone above and beyond contracted work (at NO additional cost) to help remedy some of the many architechtural and structural issues at Hilliard Commons. Due to the high quality workmanship and the satisfaction of the owners, Richmark has been hired (again) to continue working on this project for at least a year. See the attached letter stating complete satisfaction by the Owner's Board.

As everyone can see Robert has clearly proven these people are liars, by the photos he posted, the lies the owner of this company posted, and much more. It's funny how he provides a letter from his salesmans friend on the Condo board just like Robert said would happen. It's very clear Robert clearly showed the facts and backed it up with not only letters from neighbors, but also contractors that said this work was not correct. I know I would not use or recommend this company and will make sure all my friends and their friends pass the word.

I would also ask the many people reading this to remember this would never have happened if the owner met with Robert like he said he was going to do and even setup a time he would be there and left this man sitting for hours..

You will see not only are neighbors unhappy but a lawsuit had to be filed because of Richmark gutter Companys owners (Mark Gifford) lied and slandered me to cover his being exposed for crappy work.  As mentioned above a lawsuit was filed because this man couldnt defend his crappy work he had to try and decieve the public into believeing i was a bad guy and he was just a victim. He even went as far as to have a lawyer write my lawyer a letter saying he was trying to get the websites to remove his slanderous comments and even tried to apologise after seeing a lawsuit was coming.

The problem with his theory is the websites will not and do not have to remove posts on their websites because the courts protect these sites because it becomes their property.So his lies will damage my reputation for years to come. It also has caused myself and my family a great deal of stress and mental anguish.

DEFENDING YOUR WORK IS ONE THING- LYING TO THE PUBLIC IS ANOTHER- BEWARE

If you look at all the posts below you will see the posts were done under the name Richmark Gutter and now being done under Hilliard Commons. The reason they recieved this contract because the board president James Krajcik is very good friends with Roger Lewis who is a resident of this property and very good friends of the presidents. Roger even told me numerous times " He didnt want to upset Jim Krajcik the president in fear he would pull the contract"

 THE PUBLIC CAN CLEARLY SEE THE LIES THIS COMPANY HAS POSTED AND THE PROOF I HAVE PROVIED TO SHOW NOT ONLY DID THEY LIE AND SLANDER ME THEY LIED BY SAYING THE REASON A MESS WAS LEFT WAS BECAUSE OF SNOW BUT MY PICTURES SHOW THE DAY THEY DID OUR JOB IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SUNNY DAY WITH NO SNOW ON THE GROUND....

Also my neighbor two doors down who had the gutter problems in the first place Laura Esterline a licensed realtor will be glad to tell you of the sloppy work and problems her gutters are still causing..
You can Google Laura Esterline Realtor for her phone number and ask her yourself if what has been posted is true..........

Oh yes... the did call Laura Esterline several months back to say they would be out quickly to fix their poor work i exposed them for and they did this on a blocked private number. As of today they havent repaired anything. Why call on a blocked number if you dont have anything to hide ???????

Rickmark Gutter company falls under their main business corporation Northwest Building Resources Inc. A quick google will see a reviw done on them 4 years ago -

I am trying to add a commendation letter written to Richmark Gutter Company from Hilliard Commons Owner's Board. The letter states that Richmark has done a great job, has been great to work with and has performed everything as contracted to satisfaction. Additionally, the condomium community being discussed in this report has been so pleased with Richmark, that they have awarded The Richmark Gutter Company another large contract to continue to work on soffit, fascia, seamless gutters, etc. on ALL buildings in the community. The owners and the board have all been satisfied with both the quality and the pricing on this project.

The ONLY complaints on this project have risen from architectural faults on the property beyond the control of Richmark and their Installers and beyond the scope of the contract for this project. So while there are issues with the roof and water drainage, these problems have nothing to do with the workmanship of Richmark's installers.

Then they have the nerve to try and sell everyone on the fact they are Family owned and operated AND DO QUALITY WORK. Todayt Richmark Gutter Company started phase 2 on our property and I will be documenting their work along with other neighbors who are helping me out. I will soon do a report on Roger Lewis Richmark's salesman who lives in our neighborhood and what he told me before he quit speaking to me.

How do you do sales for a company and dont give a d**n that some of the job was done poorly and neighbors are upset??

I saw the postings below and I'm in shock. This company (Richmark Gutter Company) clearly went out of their way to Slander you and try and destroy your reputation and credibility. It is clear that I would never use this company and will make sure many friends on social media also do not use them. I will post this to my friends on Facebook and other platforms informing them of this company.

How does a company go online and LIE so bad against a person who files a complaint and backs up their complaint with pictures and confirmation letters from other contractors?

How does a company owner say " He defecated on himself " and make statements of such lies when the facts can be easily researched?

Hello Everyone,

 I have remained quiet about Richmark Gutter company because Ive hired a lawyer to file suit on them for their AGREGIOUS LIES about me they posted on the internet. I figured I would give them time to do the right thing and again they didnt. Today we recieved a letter from Richmark gutter companys lawyer saying Richmark would file a counter suit on me. I have no problem with this bogus counter suit and know it will be settled in a court of law in which I will keep everyone informed about.

 When I originally made the first post about Richmark Gutter company it was done because Richmark gutter company did piss poor work and lied to me about coming to meet me and discuss it. then they called a neighbor (Laura) a few months ago (whose mail is below) and told her they would be out to fix the pittyful work I originally exposed them for.

BUT THEY LIED AND AS OF TODAY THEY STILL HAVENT KEPT THAT PROMISE...

But it gets better.

When my Lawyer sent them a letter, Richmark Gutter Company had their attorney respond with an apology for their postings. This was only done after getting a letter from my lawyer. Now they send a counter letter saying they will file a counter suit and everyone knows its a joke.

 Im attaching a copy of the letter sent so the World can see that these people are liars then try an apology thinking it would just go away. As everyone can also see richmark didnt argue about the work posted about them they went after me personally lying and slandering me in many ways.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. As you can see Richmark gutter company hasnt made any more posts because the proof is clear. They have lied, Slandered, and lied again. As you can see below contractors from all over confirm this is half a*s work and pittyful.

My last post was about a month ago and since then they have never come out to fix my neighbors gutters after telling her they would. This again is lies. Why would a company not fix their crappy work after telling a person they would.

Their crappy work is causing moisture to run down a neighbors wall causing more moisture in their basement.

I would also like to clear up a few things...

1- Richmark gutter company made these comments " why would this man be taking pictures?

This is simple... when family owns this condo they pay condo fees for work being done. I told Richmark that the 100 plus feet of gutters didnt need replaced. Thats one reason why pictures were taken. Also weve had gutter problems on our unit that have been ignored and I wanted to take photos showing work was being done next door and ours wasnt???

They also lied when they said there was snow on the ground and used that as their excuse for not cleaning up. If you look at our photo it is time stamped and I also have several neighbors who wittnessed me out the date on the photo taking the photos. Anyone with common sense can look at our past weather online and see that the day I took these photos was a nice sunny day.

As of 9-29-14 Richmark Gutter Slobs have still not fixed their piss poor work.

It's sad to say that they spent many days trying to discredit me and everyone can clearly see whos lying. They tried to fool the public by using words like " Professional Company" and " Family Owned" to make themselves look good but it didnt work.

How many months should two neighbors in two different buildings have to wait to get gutter fixed that is causing moisture to go into their basements?

I am compiling an email list of many contractors in the State of Ohio and will be sending them all copies of these posts to see this isn't a company they want to deal with. I will also be setting up a Richmark Gutter Company Complaints website that will show everything from photos, contractors letters, neighbors letters, and much more about this companys pathetic work.

I have recieved many emails and phone calls of support. I want to thank the many people who saw through this companys lies and will stay clear of them..

Wanted to give everyone an update on what is going on. Richmark Gutter Company as of today has still not fixed their piss poor work. Two buildings need desperate repair because water is going down basement walls and causing alot of moisture in basement.

Richmark Gutter Company never tried to defend their work when pictures and comments from other contractors show the work is not done right insted they tried to defame/libel me to try and discredit me which clearly didnt work. This company said they are family owned and that the next generation of kids want to take the business over. This is so sad seeing Richmark Gutter Company did lousey work and still have not come back to fix.

As you can see in the comment below last week Richmark Gutter Company called Laura Esterline who wrote a letter about their piss poor work and is still having problems. ( see letter below)

They called her on a blocked phone number and told her they would be back to fix her gutters but had to get approval from the board. This is pathetic at the least. They were caught lying, caught doing pathetic work, and yet cannot get their asses back over to fix these peoples property.

As everyone can see I am not a person to give up especially when lied/Defamed about. Next week I will be putting up a Richmark Gutter Company Complaint Website (documenting their work and lies), sending out press releases, and more until they make right what they did wrong. I will in no way tolerate someone deliberately damaging myself and my familys reputation with outright blatent lies. I will also not tolerate a company billing hard working people for shotty work and causing more problems after their work is done.

This would never have gotten to this point if Richmark Gutter Company hadnt lied months ago. You see they spoke to me telling me they would be out on the property and gave me a date and time (3-4 hour window) they would be here and stop by and see me. I was then willing to speak to them and show them the problems. I waited hours that day and nobody ever stopped by.

The lies started then and got worse as they were exposed for their lies. To say someone didnt clean up their mess because of 10 inches of snow when my pictures clearly shows no snow is how these people operate. A professional company would have wanted to fix the problem immediately which this company still hasnt done.

To say someone deficated on themselves in order to extort money is beyond pathetic.

RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY IF YOU HAD ANY PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER THAT YOU SAY YOU HAVE YOU WOULD FIX YOUR GUTTER PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY AND LET THE PUBLIC KNOW YOU LIED AND DEFAMED ME TO TRY AND COVER YOUR COMPANYS PATHETIC ASSES.

I wanted to update everyone on what is going on. Richmark Gutter Company called my neighbor the other day Laura Esterline (who had gutter problems they didnt fix ) and called her on a blocked number. She told me they asked her if she was having gutter problems and she told them yes.

Why would Richmark Gutter Company not come out and fix a problem immediately that this lady has dealt with now for over a year?

This is not the only problem, There is another building down the road where the gutters are leaking also down a mans basement wall causing moisture after they did work on it??

This shows everyone they dont give a d**n about customers. They told Laura Esterline when she asked them to get it fixed that they would have to talk to the board first?? HELLOOOOOOOOOOOO

Many more contractors have come forward after reviewing Richmark Gutter Company's work and also confirmed the work was not done properly. Instead of fixing the work they would rater go online making libelous remarks against myself and lying so bad any idiot could see right through them..

10 inches of snow on a sunny clear day???? That was the excuse they used as to why debris and nails were left all over our parking areas..

Saying I live rent free ????  I deficated on myself?

As I have stated all along Richmark Gutter Company did piss poor work, sloppy,lied,and hung 100 + feet of guuter to fix a problem they still do not know how to fix. This is only one building.

They made the comment earlier the board and property management company was happy with their work..

If you Google  Real Property Management you would have seen their Facebook page with a bunch of 1 star ratings and many complaints but since I exposed them also they now have removed them but I pasted and copied a few of the complains and you can see them online.

I used to live next door to the Realtor who posted a statement above. A couple years ago I had a water problem that caused my deck to sink. The gutters were not catching water and pouring it over the top down onto my deck. When the gutter company come out they replaced the gutters but before they did Robert my neighbor told me the problems were with the cheap garbage screens they installed and not the gutters. The gutter company not only replaced the gutters but put on larger gutters. Ive moved since then but have been by on numerous occasions and was shown where the water still leaked.

 I also was told by Robert before the gutters were put on the Realtors unit that they were going to replace the gutter when all it needed was a guard. As you can all see by the letter from the Realtor who lives in the unit that had the problem it was not fixed. Yet when they returned again and again to fix after installing new gutters it was a guard that fixed the problem.

 I saw that the Realtor/Occupant left a phone number and I would advice anyone to give her a call and she will verify it. I also saw in another post recently the Gutter company is now slandering the person for exposing them. These are lies and can be proven. Also the management company that runs this property has a reputation for lying, selective enforcement and much more. It took them 3 years to respond to my complaints about the gutters and they finally did after the deck sank...

Mr. Krutko continues to pile on the already large mountain of evidence that he is narcissistic and sociopathic. So much so, that he enjoys even the scathing websites dedicated to this fact.

Robert is a renting tenant at a condominium complex. He spends his existence annoying and agitation (obviously). The condo board and owners have hired us. They are extremely happy. The condo board has a removal process underway for Mr. Krutko as he is a "nuisance". 

As a renter - he has NOT paid us a dime and couldn't.  His means of income are extortion and nuisance litigation. I refuse to give in to the likes of Mr. Krutko. I have no fear or doubt that any reasonable person will discover within minutes what Mr. Krutko's motivations are.

 As you can see Richmark Gutter company is desperately trying to cover their a**** after being exposed. So I figured I would help them look like bigger a**** by posting more pics about these slobs....

 As you can see below Richmark Gutter Company has lied to us and then when we exposed their lies and pathetic work they are going out of their way to get everyone to look at bogus posts about Robert Krutko.

 Below Richmark Gutter Company when called out about the debris and nails they left all over the property including parking spaces said

" Another issue mentioned was nails left behind.  We pride ourselves on leaving a clean jobsite. Unfortunately, we performed much of the soffitt repair work while there was snow on the ground. We have a clean-up crew that utilizes large magnetic sweeps, but, of course, this is not feasible in 10 inches of snow.  Our crew came out after the first good thaw and thoroughly cleaned the jobsite. Every other tenant was understanding."

As you can see Richmark Gutter company are liars. They recently posted below their excuse for leaving debris, naiuls, etc around our property was the snow. As you can see by the pictures ive posted below there was no snow anywhere when they did the job on our building.

This company does half a** work and then does not come back to finish their half a** work. Since they left the Realtor two doors down as mentioned below has still not had her gutter fixed after they replaced over 100ft. of gutters that didnt need replaced.

Laura Esterline is a local realtor who had the problem on her unit and today its still not done properly. I was recently points to another unit on the property where richmark did work and water purs down the side of the building and down the basement walls...

As he said dont take my word call Laura Esterline realtor and ask her...

Richmark Gutter Company made a comment " He is very good at internet marketing and other technology tools. I'm not - I'm good at exterior building construction"

Obviously with the sloppy work and water still poring into basements one would ask if they really are " Good at exterior building Construction"

The sad part to this whole thing is that this company doesnt give a d**n about leaving nails and debris all over the property and in our parking spaces then they get on line when called out and blame it on snow that clearly wasnt there. Im so glad we took pictures..

I have been forced to acknowledge and respond to the attacks made upon my company by this man.  He is the ONLY source for our negative reviews online - and we have NEVER done work for him.  He is very good at internet marketing and other technology tools. He has decided to now to attack my family and my company. If you are a potential customer, I beg you to do your due diligence. Search reliable review sources, such as the Better Business Bureau, the Ohio Attorney General, etc. They do not permit extortionists like Mr Krutko.  Additionally, find out for this man on your own.  Look into "Robert Krutko", "tkotropical@aol.com" and search court records for Franklin County, OH and Monroe County, Florida.  He has a history of this and unfortunately I am his latest victim. It saddens me. I feel slightly defeated, but I'm confident our true reputations will shine through and I look forward to proving to you what kind of company I help run. The Richmark Gutter Company Representative who is lying about his facts is caught lying. This person is trying to tell everyone that there was some big snow on the ground preventing them from picking up the nails.

The day they replaced the gutters on our building that didnt need replaced the job was put off for a couple weeks due to snow. Then when the snow completely melted they did their pittyful gutter work. Im attaching 3 photos i took while they did their work on our building. I believe the liar even said they didnt work on our building.. OOPS I BET THEY DIDNT FIGURE THEY WERE HAVING PHOTOS TAKEN OF THEM...

Notice the date and time on the photos and look at the no snow on the ground...  SO AGAIN I WOULD ASK YOU WOULD YOU WANT A CONTRACTOR WORKING FOR YOU WHO LIES AND DOES SLPPPY WORK..????

The problem here is this issue doesnt have anything to do with the property management company. What it has to do with is this company allows its workers to be slobs and lies. You can see by the above letters from other residents in our building including a real estate agent in Columbus.

Recently I made post exposing Richmark Gutter Company for putting on gutters that didnt need replaced, sloppy work, mess left behind and more.

After making the posts Andy who claims to be the son of the owners made posts telling everyone to Google my name and read about me not knowing anything about the posts himself. Then he worte me begging me to stop and telling me he would meet me on the property to discuss. I agreed to meet him and his email said he would be here on the property yesterday between 9:30 -10 am.

We discovered the other day that the new gutters they replaced that didnt need replaced are now leaking behind the gutters. The drips from the leak are coming down on the neighbors porch. this is pittyful work. Who in the hell replaces gutes on a building that only needs a $10 splash guard?

Then on another building in our condo community they did they left a mess all over the condos of that building and just walked away. ( see pics)

This Andy who claims his parents own the company has lied several times and this is bad business. Then he goes on the internet under my posts telling everyone what a small family business they have with not much of an advertisng budget. HE WENT FOR PUBLIC SYMPATHY but the public can see by the pics and the letters from occupants this isnt true.

If they would have listened to the unit occupant and myself they would have never had to put up 100+ feet off gutters for a $10 splash guard.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMED USING RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY TO DO ANY GUTTER WORK AND IF ANY TELLS YOU TO CALL HIM GOOD LUCK WITH THAT GOOSE CHASE....

To Whom It May Concern,

I used to live next door to the Realtor who posted a statement above. A couple years ago I had a water problem that caused my deck to sink. The gutters were not catching water and pouring it over the top down onto my deck. When the gutter company come out they replaced the gutters but before they did Robert my neighbor told me the problems were with the cheap garbage screens they installed and not the gutters. The gutter company not only replaced the gutters but put on larger gutters. Ive moved since then but have been by on numerous occasions and was shown where the water still leaked.

I also was told by Robert before the gutters were put on the Realtors unit that they were going to replace the gutter when all it needed was a guard. As you can all see by the letter from the Realtor who lives in the unit that had the problem it was not fixed. Yet when they returned again and again to fix after installing new gutters it was a guard that fixed the problem.

I saw that the Realtor/Occupant left a phone number and I would advice anyone to give her a call and she will verify it. I also saw in another post recently the Gutter company is now slandering the person for exposing them. These are lies and can be proven. Also the management company that runs this property has a reputation for lying, selective enforcement and much more. It took them 3 years to respond to my complaints about the gutters and they finally did after the deck sank...

Thanks for the heads up and you were correct this unit didn't need gutters.

After replacing gutter we still had the same problem raining over gutter and raining down wall.

The gutter company came out again and again.

Just recently they added the correct guard and removed the screen.

Do you think they would just ask the resident what's been happening ???? To help find the right solution. 

I have video tape and pictures of the continuous problems.

As you can see this lady is a local respected realtor who lives in the unit that the walls along the gutters was pouring down. Not only did i tell her what was needed and that gutters were not we had gutter contractors come out and agreed the gutters did not need replaced. All that was needed was a $10 guard. As you can see when they replaced gutters for hundreds of dollars the next day the problem didnt go away. when they finally come out and did what i told them needed done in the first place $10 piece its fixed....

We are currently in the first stage of a multi-stage project at this condominium complex. HOWEVER, we have not begun work on the building inhabited by the person who wrote this review. Furthermore, we have not been contacted by anyone a stated in the review. Unfortunately, I have little power against libelous and anonymous internet reviews.

We have worked directly with the condo association and condo owners to establish a plan to update the poor exterior of these buildings.  This woman who wrote this review is a renting tenant, so all notifications and communications were sent to and approved by the owners.

This was by no means anywhere near a $10 fix.  This stage alone is over $100,000 (and Richmark Gutter Company was $20,000 cheaper than the next best "apples-to-apples" bid)

This tenant must have an issue with her Condo Owner's Association. Of course, she should not.  We are performing the minimal amount of work (including keeping exisiting downspouts and even some gutters, when we can). The buildings in this community are aging and this work is necessary to prevent extreme and irreversible damage to fascia, sub-boards, foundation, etc. We are working effeciently and will easily save the condo association over $100,000 over the next few years and countless more on future repairs.

Another issue mentioned was nails left behind.  We pride ourselves on leaving a clean jobsite. Unfortunately, we performed much of the soffitt repair work while there was snow on the ground. We have a clean-up crew that utilizes large magnetic sweeps, but, of course, this is not feasible in 10 inches of snow.  Our crew came out after the first good thaw and thoroughly cleaned the jobsite. Every other tenant was understanding.

Negative reviews dramatically affect our business. We are a small family owned company and we do not utilize a massive advertising budget. We rely on word-of-mouth and internet reviews.
