Rickenbacker Collection Agency The unprofessional staff that continues to call my home and harass and threaten me and my husband. They are trying to rip me off. Morgan Hill California

The Rickenbacker Collection Agency have been calling my home and threatening me and my husband everyday for almost a year. We have continuously ask them to stop calling and harassing us on the phone. We do not owe them any money. They are so ignorant that for months we did not even know whom they were collecting for. They were so busy talking down to us and telling us to pay our bill. It finally became clear as to whom they were trying to collect for San Francisco Auto Return. I have talked to San Francisco Auto Return whom I have confirmed with them that the bill is not my bill. I then contacted the Credit bureau and went thru their process and review whom informed me that the bill is not mine and have removed it from my credit report.

I purchased a car from Zee's Automotive in Vallejo CA on 11/20/07 and traded my car for $100. I signed over the pink slip to them on that day. December 2007 they (Zee's) started getting parking tickets on the car. Later in January 2008 the car was towed and impounded by the City of San Francisco. Apparently the person that was driving the car had no license.

I have explained this story for over a year to the high school children that work for Rickenbacker Collection Agency. They keep telling me that it is affecting my credit. I in turn continue to ask each and every last one on the children "what do you care about my credit?" the same answer from each one of them. Even the rude unprofessional Supervisor "Jasmine" whom also hung up in my face. Says they do not care about my credit. I then ask then why do you continue to call as if you care? No answer. They even go as far as to ask me to barrow the money to pay the debt. I keep asking them are they crazy? They continue to tell me the balance will increase. I tell them that I do not care if the bill goes to $10k I am not going to pay a bill that is not mine. I litterly had to fight one of the men as if I were on the streets we got into a yelling match where I was provoked into coming out of my Christianity and tell this jerk to come and see me. That is how bad the conversation got where I was ready to fight this man and I have not had a physical fight since the 6th grade. I had to go into deep prayer after my conversation with that man. So that is why I refer to them as high school children. I am so sick of these thieves trying to steal money from me. They do not even care that I don't owe the bill. They obviously are not in communication with the company that they say they are collecting for becuase I have documentation confirming that I am not responsible for the bill and it is off of my credit report according to the Credit Bureau. My husband and I are just sick of the harassment and the phone abuse.

Please help us put a stop to these monsters/thieves that are trying to rip us off.
