All the banks wanting and saying they will help vets. Im losing my home. Ive aplied to several so called va banks. FOR VETERANS. WRONG. 15 years I served to be told no for help cause we are losing our home and no way of buying it. Bull s**t you private dip s**+*s claiming to help vets. You help the most critical to be reconised!!

Car running reat. Ryan at RightWay helped us a lot. But people learn from my mistake. Yes in my case the dealership went out its way to help us. Ask if you can take it to a body shop and garage. Have it fully inspected. If RightWay didnt work with us it would have cost several hundered to fix. And that we didnt have. Big one. CARFAX.

Remarks about my resolve to the issue os my car breaking down. I have been dealing with Ryan At RightWay auto. He is the manager now. We was thinking we was screwed and me and my wife, we cant walk. We really did not think our car would be fixed. But I have to set the record straight about Ryan. Car is done. Be ready to pick up in about half hour. Have to go to RightWay after pick car up to make arrangements to pay the $150 co-pay. They had no problem setting up arrangements with us. But like I said. Cant blaim all the car dealers. Most of the dealers never even drove the car you just purchased. So they dont no how its running, what missing, ex. If you get a good dealer such as Ryan. At least you no he is telling you to best of his knowledge. And do his best to work with you if he can. I learned a lot about used cars. Car Fax. Have a body shop and garage look that vehicle over. It was admitted to me by phone from a investagater from Michigan had told me that all those cars you see under water down south. Guess what. They dry on there way to a lot in michigan!!!! The State Of Michigan needs to be held liable for all the unknown safety hazards those cars bring. Good Day

Well I do need to set some thing straight about RightWay. Even if its not totally correct. They did fix the car. More missing parts. Dont want to go in to detail about that but car dont go off warranty till the 25th this month. Garage called last night and asked who changed the air filter. My wife said why. Garage said wrong airfilter and half the air filter caseing was missing. Really. Make about 9 parts missing that where part of the normal operation of vehicle. No cosmetic. Garage said the part of air filter housing that was missing the insurrance wouldnt fix. He said the part was cosmetic. Part of a air filter assembly cosmetic. Thats a new one. Why my slight change towards RightWay for the better is this. They did fix the car. Dealship new we didnt have more money to put in that car so they are going to pay it and honer the warranty so saved us over $100 bucks any ways. You cant do sh** as far as getting fu**ed by a dealer in michigan do to michigan are for the companys, Not the people. Check. Michigan dont protect people on faulty vehicles even if your disabled and deaf. 

My last update on THIS matter on THIS Nissan. Still have not figured out if they gave me $9,000 for my ford and we owed still $9,000. Owed should be O correct. The newer car was $11,000. But we owe $31,000. As I stated. I am disabled. I am deaf. I am lost on this but Im also to sick to keep going.

Beware people. I am a Veteran of the Army and look at what was done to me do to being disabled and deaf got used buy same people I was helping protect.

Keep you all posted. Now end of the 2nd day. no calls about our car yet. Said part takes over night. Still no call from the dealer either. I will tell you the truth. If they come through as they should I will praise them if what I think. Going to need all the help we can get. @nd heart test put off do to no ride to Metro. Every time the car breaks down. That much closer to death. Cant go no ride. Blochage got away. Try to find it. C how this can mess some ones lifeup for good. I will report any progress on day 3.

Please. Back about 6-8 months ago found several pcs missing on front end. If we was to be hit, Could have been a avoidable death if things would have been in place correctly. Our Gov State or Fed do not care. With some help from higher up the parts that where missing where put on. Gave a rental car then. Car gone over a week. For those reading, here we go again. Car broke down again Sunday. Dealer said tow it to there garage on Sprinkle RD. We did that.

The manager of that garage where the car was taken calls around 6:30 p.m last night saying who changed the air filter. Said no one. He said a part was missing from the air filter area and wrong air filter. Told the fool only people that have been under that hood are RightWay auto contractors and I told him that every 3 thousand miles its in your shop for the oil change. See another set up. 

Car still under warranty.

  I filed a report against RightWay Automotive Credit. I for got some thing real importnet. 

Once I purchased vehicle as I stated I have been verry ill. 

I took the car to peatersons auto body to have vehicle looked at. The manager said he needs to show me some thing. We go out to the Nissan and hood was up. The latch in the center, not hood side on frame. There is a small gap between the front of radiator to inside front fender. All the parts in there where gone. So I went back to the dealer and told him and he asked if I mind going to there body guy. No problem. He is checking out the car and said this car crash. I said no, he said there was no crash report why. He said the front drivers fender was not from that car. Front bumper pcs not from that car. Pcs where broke that why the sides of the front bumper kept poping out. There are guards, and other pcs that protect the air bag secers from going off in case a rock poped up there then seriouse trouble. How can any of this be legal. I went back to dealer and told him and he stood up raised his arms and said to late, you sighned as is. Contract was violated by them. He said I showed your wife the crash report and I said no you didnt. I wouldnt buy a crashed car and you already took my other car that was in mint condition.

How many lives have to be lost

How many Vets got to get screwed. 

You dont screw one vet and not think the rest of the Vets going to sit back and let this happen to there own.
