Ring Central Deceptive - Unethical - Fraudulant San Mateo California

Our company reached out to Ring Central in 2012 with the intent to utilize their service in assisting us with telephone services. However, we decided that was not the direction we wanted to pursue. Their fee was paid when our account was initialized in 2012.

In late summer 2013, we became aware that Ring Central had billed our company through their automatic renewal policy and was billed for a full year in January 2013.  Due to an accounting oversight, it was not recognized that Ring Central had billed us for a service that we never utilized.  I contacted them by phone and was told they could not issue a refund. I found this to be quite unprofessional as well as unethical as they could clearly see that we had never used the service.  I informed that I wanted no furter contact from them and that we no longer wanted their service.

They clearly did not listen. They issued a renewal notice for 2014 as well.  After numerous heated discussions with their personnel, they chose to once again bill for services non rendered and not accepted.  Our banking institution has been notified of this unprofessional tactic.
