I paid $19.99 for a one year subscription to ringophone. I downloaded one ringtone to my Blackberry. since then, I get an error message saying "file already downloaded". I deleted the one ringtone (Amy Winehouse) and it still doesn't work! Now I'm paying 15 cents for every failed attempt!

I've sent numerous polite emails and receive automated responses promising a response in the future.

This is a ripoff Internet site.....don't use it.
