I am John and my grand father is living in New Jersey. My grand father( Mr. Tony Mxxxxx) told me about the services they charged $499 for mcafee antivirtus. 

When i called the company for refund my grandfather money they ingnored my calls during the day. They run some unwanted software in Tony system and took the remote session. 

 

I would like to let you know that mcafee have free technical support service. After they charged us huge ammount. 

 

I would like to refund all my money which they took from us.
