Risezone Robert aka Anil Kumar Totaly Ripped off By Risezone FRAUD AND THEFT! India

 9/18/2013 17:54 PDT - Buyer: On 08/29/2013 I was the victim of a scam regarding a service call that I made to AVG due to a license # that I purchased on the AVG website.  I called the AVG number and was redirected to 'Risezone' Technical Support and was told that they represented AVG.  Please see note:RiseZone Technical Support for avgToll Free : 1-800-616-5160email : support@risezone.comcustomer id :Rise7067705  email : support@risezone.com "Robert ext. 11

The above information was sent to me by "Robert" at ext. 11 via note pad.I was highly skeptical however was steered into having "Robert" gain access to my laptop and PC. I was told that I had several ip addresses that were foreign and my computer was being hacked. He then pulled up a screen in DOS showing Ip addresses that were not mine. I truly believe that he planted them! He wiped out all of my AVG programs and replaced them with McAfee Internet software. I questioned him repeatedly regarding swapping out my antiviral software and got nowhere! I found out today that the software was only a free trial and expires tomorrow.

I repeatedly over a week asked for a receipt for the service and software and got nothing!!! I want all of my money back! To add insult to injury, I was directed by Robert to pay for the software via Paypal and when I was trying to read the transaction screen he hit the Pay button for $100.00 without any permission from me. He also conned me into paying $349.99 on my credit card for a 2 year service agreement. After a very heated conversation (he lied about everything telling me that the Paypal credit to Anil Kumar and telling me after repeated questioning that Anil Kumar was his boss, he denied ever knowing Anil Kumar.) This "Robert at ext: 11 AKA Anil Kumar left me a voicemail stating that I was getting a full refund.  I've received nothing!
