This guys have no record of the report filed against me. I have never bought anything from Crossing Book Club. All of sudden there they are claiming that we owe this debt. With an opening date of Feb. 2008 with a balance of $67.00. They claim that the debt is from a past due amount I have never purchased anything from the crossing book club. I have no knowledge of this debt. This account mysteriously appeared on my Expedian credit report.
After investigating I found that these guys buy the information and create a file and try to collect from the person. I spoke to them and they claim that they buy list of names from people like Crossing Book Club and others they then go after people that have no knowledge of the debt.
