RJM Acquisitions Funding Refresh my memory - what the heck? ripoff Syosset New York

I received in the mail today a notification from RJM Acquisitions Funding, LLC for a "Settlement Opportunity". This is from Fingerhut - which I have not had an account for, for about 12 years (this was paid in full) I have not had the last name that this letter came in since November of 1997 - which if my math is correct is almost 10 years ago. They are "giving" me three of any of the following:

1. Settle account for $111.86 (50%) discount payable at $40.00 per month
or
2. Settle account for $156.00 (30%) discount payable at $20.00 per month
or
3. Pay $10.00 per month until balance of ($223.72) is paid in full.

Offer valid until August 23, 2007
