called bank of america to get a loan modification for my home mortage-i was laid off work and could not afford the high morgage payments.
bank of america had RMA LEGAL NETWORK contact me to do this process-I sent paperwork they required to get started. I also paid 790.00 dollars per month for 3 months to them for their fee.
every time I call RMA office in new york, the answering service tells me that they would call me back in 24 hours, but this never happens--
IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM? IF SO, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AT THIS TIME-
I don't want to lose my home under foreclosure because they RMA scammed me out of 2910.00 dollars

You never followed up on this. Didn't you get a written contract? If there was a contract, you should look at it. Most scams don't give paperwork or have contracts.
Did anyone get in touch with you? I was confused about your complaint.
You never said how long you were doing this.
