In need of help in order to keep my home, I contacted RMA legal Network. They review my paper work and told me that I  qualify for a loan Modification, that they had contacted bank of America and my payments would drop by 500.00 per month. The entire process would take two to three months. I had to make three payments of 1095.00 per month. After I finish making all three  payments, I could never get a hold of any of them from RMA on the phone. Eddie Tapia the account Manager's name is now Edward Brown.

Lisa Deluca is the assistant to the attorney Doriann Wright. I contused Bank of America after 3 mos and I was told that my house will be refer to Foreclosure, BOFA, has never heard , or received any documents from RMA legal services. When I call RMA and told them that we had been placed in Foreclosure, I was told that they could not do anything about that. That they have not really fax any documents over to BOFA, because the documents were very light and that if she faxed them over BOFA would not be able to read them.

That they would hold on until they had all paper work that would be required by BOFA. I have been faxing them every single doc over and over everytime that I happen to get them on the phone. They would then tell me that in two weeks they would give me a call. I call them last thursday Sept. 12 and was told by Doriann , that I really did not qualify for a modification. That I had an option that would be to file for Bankruptcy,  short sales.  RMA Legal services is a rip off. I am currently working on a lawsuit against this company.
