Roark Vacation Travel Club false claims on savings, won't cancel contract, generally ripped us off. Branson, Missouri

  We went to a presentation in April of 2010, were conned into purchasing with promise of 3 day to cancel,  savings were to be over 50% on all travel. Sales pitch said it would cost $15, then they found out we had a time share. gave us a speal of knocking off  the price to a total of just over $3200.

 When we tried to cancel of course we could not because in order to sign in to the site you have to have a membership #. Don't get that for 30 days.

Wrote letters, called them , called their finance company, stopped payments to them and still could not get them to cancel the membership.

Have talked to Mike Holman, someone named Gary and still not cancelation.

We requested our money back and all things canceled.

This is a total ripoff. many other places can get much lower prices ontravel than this fake vacation club.
