Buyer Beware or Roark and CRI (Club Resort Interval) !!!!!! I really wish I had access to the Internet before I got shafted by Roark Travel and CRI as well. And yes, if it sounds too good to be true it's probably not.

PLEASE - The seminar is mis-leading, they do not disclose all the additional details or neccessary information for these trips. Roark has total mis-represented as to what this package has to offer.

I've been reading the reports and everything that the previous complaints had stated is EXACTLY what happened to us. We joined about a month ago. The sales person OOZZZZZED about all the travel savings to be had. Hawaii $800, Alaska $800 (approx pricing) Since the month I joined, I have been requesting pricing for travel trips only to find out that there aren't any savings !!!!!! The max. I seen was about 15% savings which won't even cover my yearly membership fee's. They also complained that they have provided me with pricing but I haven't book any trips. My response was the pricing wasn't the wholesale pricing that this membership promised us.

I've pleaded for them to show me how to use this service or where these discounted wholesale vacations can be found as it was presented and sold to us in the seminar. There is no way that our money will be re-couped traveling with Roark /CRI (Club Vacation Interval).

This is a lot of money for most of us and we work very hard to earn that kind of money and I am disgusted that they can get away with this. I don't know how the staff that work there can actually sleep at nights.

I will also file a compliant with the BBB or by another means where I can post what Roark/RCI has done to us. If I cannot get my money back. I will get satisfaction one way or the other. Since I am considered a "member" and I have a right to call them and request vacation pricing, I will call them every day to request pricing vacations as it is my right as a "member".
