Don't buy Robinson May Furniture Extended Warranties. This is a scam.
My wife and I purchased a 4 piece set of leather living room furniture from Robinson May 3 months ago; a sofa, couch, reclining chair, and an ottoman. To protect our purchase, we also elected to purchase their "Extended Warranty" service, called "Miracle Seal Leather" at the price $230.
Everything went wrong from the time of the delivery. The "Miracle Seal" cleaning and furniture care system and the policy card only cover one leather chair and ottoman.
We therefore have no coverage for the couch and sofa, but double coverage for the reclining chair and footstool.
Repeated attempts to clear this up with the store in person and by telephone have resulted in absolutely no corrective action.
We have been verbally assured that these policy cards mena nothing, but the contract clearly states that the policy in force is what is in writing and cannot be changed by anything that anyone says verbally.
What a waste of time and money!
