 Do Not Buy Aut Parts From Rock Auto Parts 6418 Normandy Lane Ste. 108 Madison, Wisconsin 53719, 608-661-1376. I placed an order for a fuel injector assembly on 11/14/2013 and was supposed to receive it within 2 business day usps 2 day priority shipping. It arrived at the post office here locally in Albuquerque, NM. at 841am on 11/20/2013 and was put back on the truck at 926am and sent back to Madison, Wisconsin.

 

Said the address they put on the package was undeliverable. I called them to find out what to do and they said they could send another part regular ground and it would take 7 to 10 days to get here. I asked them if they could change the ship to address to come to my appt in the same area and zip code and they said there would be higher freight charges and no they wont change the ship to address so I cancelled the order and he said as soon as the part returns itll take 5 or more business days to inspect the part and issue credit.

 

I requested that I be credited for the freight 6.52 since I didnt receive it and Ralph The Supervisor told me thats not gonna happen as well as I may be charged for the freight since the parts being returned. I told him It doesnt sound like you wanna make this right and next day me out another and he said nope. And I told him its his and Rock Autos Reputation at stake and he told me I dont care you do what you gotta do!

 

I immediately called my bank and put a dispute in for the charges and their mailing me a form from the fraud dept. and want me to fill it out and fax it from my bank here and then their going to credit my account the charges and deal with them to recoup the credit. This is the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life, Ive been an auto parts store manager, and a material handling eqt. parts and service manager and I always took care of all customers. This is the first time I ordered from Rock Auto, and itll definately be the last!!!22:29:262013-11-21
