This company sold me a car that should not have been on the lot. I started having problems with this car immediately after the purchase. This car constantly stops and stalls on busy roads and leaks major oil daily.
I have took this car to there shop several times and it has not been repaired.

The shop at ROCK SOLID does not have qualified mechanics to fix the car. Apparently this company is just looking to rip off the hard working consumers. It has cost me alot of time and money dealing with this car & ROCK SOLID.

heres my name sheree olivaz and since u threaten to put peoples service reports online ... how about you put mine online all the ones and times i took my car in to get serviced and the innitial problem was never fixed you guys also broke something while "fixing " my car... ide like to see my payment history and services givin to my car at the time a haundai santa fe 2001 peice of crap lemon car just like you sell everyone else that goes there ......

This company is sooo full of crap.  They are rip offs and buying a car here was the absolute worst decision of my life.  My car is junk and has been since day one..only I did not know.  The repair garage is a bunch of absolute idiots who do not know how to even fix cars.  I am so sorry to have trusted such a crap company....I am posting this so that others will NOT NOT NOT go there , you will truly be sorry!!!!!   The finance company-CSA are soooo rude.  AGAIN...DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY...you will be sorry too!

I would like to thank Rock Solid for giving me chance to purchase a car, I have three repose on my credit and they took me right in and i get a second chance to rebuild my credit and drove off in a very nice quiet clean 2007 g6 buick...I am very Thankful!!! Thank You Rock Solid...

I too purchased a car from RSAC a year ago. In a nutshell they have you between a rock (no pun intended) and a hard place. I have many issues with my vehicle but never get the service as promised in the warranty that is offered at the time of sale. I was too treated very rudely by RSAC and CSA by recieving many threatening calls regarding payment before the payment was due. Harrassment is the best way to descsribe. I was sold a "warranty" but when I went to get the car serviced automatically they would deny it being under the warranty that I "purchased". I and my fiance got to the point of just giving up trying, which is eventually what most customers in any situation would most likey do when service is not rendered where service is due. I do object that RSAC does not do everything in its power to service their customers. Though the techs might be authorized to do the work RSAC claims, the fact remains is that the cars seem to be patched to sale which is the 100 point system I guess. Many times attempting to get my car repaired I had "new" customers come up to me and say, " I just bought my car two days ago and I am here for service. Is this what I should expect from here on out." My response to them was yes, but they take advantage of the needy, so therefore, pray that God will get you through. I became wiery myself and decided to go purchase another car from somewhere else and take the hit on my credit by abandoning the car purchased by RSAC/CSA. I would rather be safe and alive with bad credit than dead from a lemon. From the time I purchased my car I have had overheating, and serious serious electrical problems. However, I pray EVERY morning every time I get into my car and ask God to be my assurance. It has kept my going mentally. Mentally is where the customer is broken down initially, then hope is broken. Once hope is broken especially when it is displayed by RSAC and CSA that they have no compassion on your situation caused by them. But why would a thief care about the one they rob? So what do we expect as consumers when dealing with side way dealings? It is the duty of the Corporation to defend its crimes. It is our duty to speak out. Justice is being heard and that is why I am here. This site is not the only "rip-off" site displaying the corruption in this particular company. If anyone would like to surf the net to read other consumer complaints for your own proofs and decisions as to buying a car from this place I do suggest you do. My own opinion is if you can avoid it dont purchase a car from Rock Solid Auto Center in Mesa, Arizona.

If I had to make a suggestion as to another place that helps second chance buyers I would suggest Drive Time Auto Sales. The cars run perfectly and the customer service is remarkable. No they don't sale 2 year warranties as RSAC claim to honor, but does not. Drive Time offers 6 months, but you will get impeccable cars. I guess when you are selling quality you dont expect to get a lot of service anyway. If you are thinking about abandoning RSAC cars and taking the hit on your credit for a piece of solitude of the mind, I suggest that you go to Drive Time first and purchase the car before you take the hit. They pretty much will qualify anyone who has the proper required documentation that proves that you can pay for the car. Their car payments never exceed 430.00 dollars I do believe. I just bought a 2007 mustang and my payments are 300.00 and interest is 10% but my credit did suck before going in. Once you purchase their cars they allow you one month to pay towards the APR without making any car payments. By doing this you are able to bring your APR down and you monthly payment. After the 30 days your car payments begin. If you dont make any payments in the first 30 days toward the APR you still have that month free from making a payment. They let you breath before payments begin. And to me that is a blessing. I just say to all those who have been ripped-off by RSAC/CSA stay prayerful. God is against oppression, and those who oppress have their day coming for justice to be rendered. Love and Peace to ALL.

Once again, we would like to make sure that the TRUTH is given on this website. Rock Solid Auto Center has NEVER repossessed a vehicle, nor have we filed a vehicle stolen! We are a CAR DEALERSHIP! For those new to financing, once a finance company has bought the loan, the vehicle is paid in full to the dealership! The Finance company deals with the account from then on out, and Rock Solid simply honors the warranty! The only money anyone from Rock Solid might try to collect on a customer is unpaid service charges. Rock Solid Continues to do everything within our power to assist our customers through tough times, and understand that there will be situations where our customers are frustrated and want to speak their mind. We are not angry at her for "getting the word out," as she calls it. We just want to ensure that when misguided statements and half-truths are posted about our company that we have the opportunity to correct them.

ROCK SOLID AUTO HORRIBLE SERVICE , DON'T BUY A LEMON

Hi , Im writing to inform the public of all the bad service Rock Solid Auto performs at there Mesa , AZ service center . They are very fast to tell you about coming to repo your car when your payment is not even due. Also they will call the police and report your car stolen if you don't make your payments on time, Please stay away from this company. I have received several rude phone calls from the service center stating you need to come in an make a payment & My payment was not due. I truly think they are angry that im getting the word out to the public on there business conduct. Also the update on my car that they claimed they fixed is still breaking down and still getting towed to the shop leaving me carless. This company is a joke and please don't waste your time and money doing business with ROCK SOLID AUTO , HOME OF THE LEMONS , DON'T GET JUICED.

It's highly disappointing to us as a company, on a personal level when we feel we've given everything and more for a dissatisfied customer, and they remain dissatisfied. This customer is an example of our company going incredibly above and beyond what is required of us to keep her happy. In regards to her claims, we employ ASE Master Certified Technicians to professionally inspect and recondition our vehicles before they ever get near our sales lot. Each vehicle is put through a rigorous 100+ point test, and if the vehicle isn't up to our sales standard, it goes back to the auction. It is unreasonable for a person to believe that they will never have mechanical issues when buying a used car. Our sales associates are trained to tell customers of this in the sales process. We're a used car dealership, and we have nothing to hide. Our cars do break down, some more than others. That's why we're one of the few used car companies that offers EXTENSIVE warranties on every vehicle we sell. Not only that, but even if something occurs that is not covered under our warranties, each car purchased affords the customer discounts on all service work. It would cost you nearly double to get the same work done at another shop, without our membership discount. In the case of this customer, we have put a little under $3000 of work into her vehicle, and she has yet to pay a dime. Many of this work was NOT covered by her warranty, but was done at no cost to her to attempt to maintain the spirit of goodwill between us. If the customer would give her OK, we'd be more than willing to put her service records online for members of this site to inspect. Her vehicle DID have oil leaks sporadically, it's true. That is until we replaced her engine for her at NO COST TO HER. She has yet to complain about oil issues since then. In regards to her assertions about our service shop employing qualified technicians, we would ask the customer to show what makes her certified to make such claims. We are proud of every technician we employ. They are an amazingly talented group of individuals who work tremendously hard for us, and do great work. We stand behind them and their work 100%, as we stand behind our warranties. We don't however build these vehicles ourselves, and cannot ensure that they never will have issues. What we can promise, is that when they do, we will make it as inexpensive and painless as possible for the customer. We pride ourselves in being an honest company that employs people and practices backed by integrity. If a customer chooses to want more no matter how much we give, we can't do anything about that, but we want our side of the story heard as well so people reading can know the truth, and not just the degrading statements of an unfortunately ungrateful customer. We have always worked with this customer, and we will continue to always work with her, we simply want her to keep her end of the contract as we have.
